With the growing number of Filipinos who are entering the call center industry, that makes me wonder: what does your call center environment look like? What do you like most about your call center, and what do you hate most about it?

Well the best thing about my job is that I’m earning wayyyy over than most jobs could offer here in the Philippines. And I meant wayyy over. My company offers the best perks and benefits. And guess what, I get all that by just answering calls. My account is difficult but as they said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Enjoying while working is my recipe of getting through the job everyday.
