Set aside politics and prioritize the interest of whom again? Look who’s talking! I wish she knows what she is talking about. What has she done to uplift the quality of life of every Filipino? What has she done to free the nation from poverty? Gift the Filipino people with jokers like Abalos, Gonzaleses, Ermita, Palparan, etc.?

Gloria Arroyo has no last term. It was Estrada, who should have been left alone to finish his term. And if he was vent on self-destruction, let him be and leave the power to the people to unseat him through the rule of law...and that is through election not through EDSA 2. I hope you get it. Do not condone a liar and a cheat to lead our country. Her supporters are sowing "lagim" to many many Filipinos apart and not connected with the ruling elites and engish spokening crowd surrounding her. She violated the constitution, she should be taken out of the Peoples' palace. She is exercising and forcing her views and 'policy' to Filipinos without authority from the people. That is the main problem: she, occupying the seat of the president without permission of the majority of the people. It is time to let her go. Have someone that will be duly, and without cheating, voted by the Filipino people. Without justice, there can never be peace. Too many injustices "lagim" being perpetuated on powerless people in the bundoks and the farmlands of the provinces. As long as she is in Malacanang, those killers who killed so many Filipinos like chickens will never pay for their crime. And with that potential criminals will find it lucrative to become paid assassins since they are never caught and never have to face justice, just like Gloria. The answer to the country's problem is return to the rule of law. And to do that, start with the executive branch of the Philippine government. Put a person in that seat who is not a liar, a cheater, and a power-grabber. Someone who will be elected by the people. Our job is to make sure that election will be clean and free of Garci and Abalos. She is not a legit president. For her to insist on staying means for more people to die in the hands of assassins paid by people who wanted her to stay in Malacanang so that criminals will not have to pay for their crimes.

Papaanong magiging makakayang mamuhay ng may sariling kakayahan ang mga Pilipino kung hindi tinutulungan ng pamahalaan bigyan ng mga incentive, paboran sa paraang liitan ang hihinging taxes kung naguumpisa pa lamang at tulungang maibenta ang mga producto sa ibang bansa, hindi yung mga banyaga ang gagayaking magtayo ng mga planta nila sa atin at ang mga pilipino ay magiging mga tagasunod lamang. De tulad din ng mga umaalis, mga namamasukan at sahuran, hindi nagkakaroon ng pagkakataong sila ang mamalakad ng kompanya, dahil namamasukan lang sila. Pero mas mainam pang umalis ang mga Pilipino at mamasukan sila sa mga banyagang kompanya sa labas ng bayan at ang sahod nila ay di hamak na malaki, kesa ang mga banyaga ang magpapasahod sa mga Pilipino sa Pilipinas dahil ang ibabayad sa kanila ay segun sa standard ng Pilipinas, $2.00 an hour. Hindi naman siguro mahirap intindihin ito, Diego. Ngayon kung tutulungan ng gobyernong mamuhunan ang mga Pilipino at sila ang magtatayo ng mga pabrika at magpapalakad, lahat ng kita mahuhulog sa kamay ng mga Pilipino. Madaling lalaki ang sahod nila. True, Jun oif Simi! What bothers me is that corruption is becoming the norm. That is, if one questions such practices, one finds himself/herself in a strange position of defending what is supposedly is right.
