Could you please send me the complete ingredients and the procedures on how to make and prepare kare-kare. I like the Kare-kare dishes so much.

Very vaque. All I saw was the cutting and mixing. No mention of seasoning and
spices. That’s kare kare???

ano kaya iyon? gulay lang tsaka buntot pinakita. paano naging lasang kare kare yun? paano ginawa yung sauce? Very poor demo.
