This below INFO is addressed to ALL Pinoys who supported and admired GMA in her BOGUS presidency.

Treason dapat ang ikaso sa mga umagaw ng kapangyarihan kay ERAP dahil they are the one who violated the constitution of our Beloved Land.

LOOK, open your eyes Kababayan ang LAKAS ng LOOB nýo to say something AGAINST ERAP, but remember SINO BA ANG TUNAY NA MAGNAKAKAW SA KABANGYAMAN NG BAYAN?

“We would like to jog Mrs. Arroyo’s memory that among the post-Marcos presidents, she holds the record of being the most aggressive borrower,” pahayag ni Tanchuling sa kanyang report.
“Mrs. Arroyo that her total gross borrowings and debt payments are larger than that of her predecessors combined,” dagdag pa ni Tanchuling.
“As of end of 2006. Mrs. Arroyo has borrowed a total of P3.1 trillion and has spent P3.24 trillion for debt servicing,” paliwanag pa ni Tanchuling.

If I may ask poster DJB, why does the prosecution need to prove the constitutionality of Erap’s removal from office when that has already been a decided case by the Davide Court. The issue that the defense may prresent before the Supreme Court is whether the Sandigan erred in its decision or not. Why complicate resolving the question with issues that have no relevance to the subject.

    Pongi Says:

Don’t ever get fooled of these few influential people for contributing opinions of freeing Erap. Pardon or amnesty are not good ideas at all to pursuade our justice system in our country. It is clear stupidity if we let his friends, supporters, family, and relatives to just play around our law, because they have the priviledge to do so. Now, how are you going to deal with the other ordinary criminals in jail? Would they feel unfair? There are about thousands of these criminals in jail. We know the gravity of the crime committed by Erap. Likewise, we do the same qualifying equation to discharge some criminals from our jails. Can we afford to set them free these criminals in our society? I do not want to mention their names by his/her stupid opinions but may you have wisdom. We must follow the rule of law, abide it, and let noone is above it. We just started to set an example to punish corrupt government officials. The conviction of a serious crime like the case of Erap is very important to our people and our country. We deserve a clean government and justice for all.
