Radio host to sue Colbert over ’stolen joke’

THE HOST of Air America’s morning show “The Young Turks” Cenk Uygur is suing Stephen Colbert of The Colbert Report,” claiming that Colbert ripped off a “Klingon joke” that he told on Sept. 7 in his radio program.
And he’s posted a video on YouTube to prove it.
