Antonio Trillanes, failed mutineer turned Senator of the Republic, has decided to play for all the marbles. After holing up in the Manila Peninsula with about 30 soldiers, he has asked the public to choose between him and the President.
I get the sense that this pseudo-mutiny or quasi-coup will not end peacefully.

You stupid assholes supporting Trillanes…isn’t it stupid enough to think.. na they are surrendering for the sake of the media and the innocent people in the hotel when they are the once resposible for the military action. They should not blame it to the police, they should learn to accept the responsibility since they were the ones.
To think, our country has a lot of problems…we’ve just had survived 2 storms, and there are a lot of people who needs help.. KAPAL nang mukha nang Trillanes na yan…papansin.

Please have mercy on our nation. Tayong mga inosenteng mamamayan ang pangunahing biktima at makakaramdam ng consequence ng kanilang makasariling adventurism. We should be helping each other to uplift our economy. Not destroying the economic gains we have achieved. Pwede po kayang sa huling 3 taon ay kakitaan tayo ng positibong aksiyon, damayan at pakikipagtulungan tungo sa pag-unlad ng ating kabuhayan.

Media should be fair in reporting. It seems Chan 2 starring Korina Sanchez prefers reporting the side of these unscrupulous individuals and cut-off the press con of Mr Bunye and co. Media personnel should not be crossing the line of fire and they should not be complaining of anything while in the midst of the situation. They chose to be there and they should not be complaining. The stand-off is almost over, now the media takes centerstage airing complaints… What the hell…Only in the Philippines.
