In history’s all-star corruption race, who was worse?
Pulse Asia has an answer; or, rather, the survey firm has plumbed public opinion, and located the public’s answer. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is the “most corrupt president in history,” statistically edging out the late dictator, Ferdinand Marcos.

How could you possibly rate the corruption issue with Marcos if the respondents group is between the ages 18-40?

Corruption throughout the world and in particular, the Philippines is not new. It existed since the beginning of civilization, it has been the norm and it will always be the norm because (a),79,000,000 poor Pilipinos who are the ultimate victims of corruption found contentment in being victims, (b) by their inaction, they had authorized the crooks, so called government officials and employees and their private cohoorts who in reality are just a bunch of devils disguised as human beings, to continually engage in corruption and (c) they had acquiesed in corruption as a way of life, thus, they simply call the crook as “malakas” and whenever a crook would visit their places, they fall in line to kiss the crook’s ass. Even in America, the so called westernized Pilipinos are very proud to even brag about being friend of a crook. Whenever a crook comes to America to spend money they have stolen from the Pilipino people, the westernized Pilipino would spend time and money to show the crook around as if the crook has a divine power over them. What a bunch of stupid idiots.

For darouch -HEART CENTRE,NKI,PICC,SAN JUANICO BRDG,ETC..those were tainted from corruption as u said,but at least people benefited from it,you might be one of those who will benefit come a time you will get older,u have heart disease that needs an operation,u have a kidney failure,etc…the survey says who is the most corrupt?is doesnt says that who is not corrupt?
Gloria Labandera - just want to ask you? are you paying a taxes?if yes ur iresponsible citizen that doesnt care where ur taxes go.if not,then you better shot up coz u have not done anything for our country inspite of those crooked politicians.
Look at the tabulation of kabayan..its so many to be explained by PANDAK…just express your thoughts of whose most corrupt,coz i really agreed that GLORIA IS ONE of most corrupt.
