Afew minutes before midnight today in QTV one of the panelists say something about the statistical improbability that happened in Navotas.There is a 56% decrease in the registered voters list.
Let me offer an explanation:
Today, this morning even before the voting precincts open. The group of Ex-congressman Ricky Sandoval is paying up people in our place. Php1500 per head just a little indelible ink on their finger so that they can no longer vote.
Previous to that weeks ago they are gathering people in Sipac, Navotas armed with lots of cash, laptops , viewcams, and blank forms that look like ballots. They give Php 300 per signature and picture that is now stored in their hard disk.
This is obvious, they block people to vote.
They block people to vote for Toby Tiangco.
This is sad. They cheat this way because.Sandoval is unknown in Navotas.For 9 years he has been the district representative of Navotas and Malabon and all the projects he invested in Malabon.It is in Malabon that he is endeared. It is in Malabon that he has better chance of winning.It is in Malabon where his heart is. But No, since he is sure he cannot go against Oreta of Malabon.Then its better “Bastusin na lang ang mga taga Navotas” than lead a fair fight.

Yes it is not right without proof on allegations of candidates via text messaging.I am one of them..yet we employ positive and truthful
campaigning thru SMS.It makes me sad that new digital medium, an effective tool may be
shed a darker light in this election.Come to think of it.Its Democracy.We were offered but yet we decline to follow the trend.
