Mar Roxas, what happened to you? You were with Erap, then when he was sinking, you jumped ship to transfer to Gloria, then when she was sinkig…

Chay

Yeah Mr. Tulfo, heard that this guy has long been on the campaign trail even before the May 2007 elections. What a shame! It seems it’s the only thing left on his mind– is how to score pogi points for 2010. I know he’s Wharton-educated and everything–but halleer?! What has he EVER done? He didn’t even have enough clout to see his one and only pet bill through (on cheap medicines). And when he, of all people, was blamed for its failure, he didn’t even have the guts to defend himself. (What a loser!) And now he’s suddenly all-focused on the mundane, but ever-controversial Wowowee. Unbelievable! Reeks of opportunism, if you ask me. Please, our other senators must have more mature topics out there worth the Senate’s precious time.

GO MAR! MAKE THE CAPIZENOS PROUD AGAIN. WE DID NOT MAKE IT WITH YOUR PAPA. NOW ITS YOUR TURN! WIN AND SERVE THE FILIPINO WELL! MON TULFO MAAGA PA TO SHOW YOUR COLORS.

Kabayan

Prove your worth by advocating and doing a cleaning up of the corrupt and abusive in government Mar and maybe come 2010, IF there will be a presidential election, people might consider you.

It’s one thing to mouth promises, it’s another to translate it to action.

Tagal naman ng 2010. Botong-boto na ‘ko. Mar Roxas panalo na tayo!!!

mar roxas has the competence and the credentials to run for the highest post in the philippines.. but there is a big BUT.. korina sanchez is big a disappointment to his political wagon.

rich,
Mon Tulfo hit it right in his analysis of Senator Roxas actions. It simply designed to further his political ambitions this early. Imagine how much media mileage it would bring him if he is able to preside over hearings he wish to conduct involving two popular noontime shows’ personalities. He should concentrate more on his job of legislating bills that would help the plight of the common Filipinos rather than dip his hands in this controversial yet trivial matter. See how easy it was resolved with the adept intercession of the MTRCB chairman. I hope he just concentrate on doing his job as a legislator. That is what he promised the public before getting elected in the first place. Enough of the “in aid of legislation” excuse. It is such an outrageous alibi to allow the legislators to conduct these pointless and worthless hearings!

Mon Tulfo hit it right by claiming that Mar Roxas is only after media mileage when the latter tried to push a Senate hearing involving those Wowowee and Eat Bulaga personalities. It is so trivial to waste our taxpayers money for. See how easy it was resolved by the adept handling of the MTRCB chairman?
Is he already showing his true colors by dipping his hands in such a petty controversy? Is he so desperate to woo the “masa” vote this early ? Why dont he just focus on enacting bills that would truly help the average Filipinos? He paraded himself before as an economist, so why not simply focus on things that would help our nation’s struggling economy improve, thereby providing more jobs and businesses for our people?
It is not bad to think and prepare ahead, but 2010 election is still too far. I hope that he and and all other elected officials should concentrate more on doing their jobs well rather than resorting to gimmicks that will help them retain or acquire new posts..

if ever mar roxas will run for 2010 presidential election, i will vote fo him!
he has the qualities of a president..
but before that he should tie a knot with ms. korina sanchez!
i like to see our country with a sanchez-roxas tandem!
go mar!go for it!
you’re the best!
you always have my vote!

kriszy

go mar!

Kabayan

Hmm, Mar seems to be doing good in the NBN Senate investigation. Just proceed with your anti-corruption stance, things are starting to look good for you. We are watching.
