New PS3 Firmware available

Late breaking news: Playstation 3 Firmware Version 1.7 was just released by Sony, adding more features and functionality to the PS3. Among the added features is the ability to play downloaded PSOne games on the PS3, and game saves on the PS3 can be used on the Playstation Portable (PSP). According to sources, this firmware update is an important one. We just hope it helps Sony recover lost ground. Available on the Sony website.
