Flyff Flies High With Its Version 8

New Game Patch

Flyff v8 promises to get players even more engaged with challenging quests and all new adventures in crisp 3D animation and excellent graphics. The new patch comes with new game mechanics for the player vs player (PvP), duel system, and Guild War scenarios. This allows Flyffers to acquire some serious G’s in this patch.

All New Guild War System

blade_f.jpgSome Dragon Coliseum mechanics have been revised to be more challenging and to shell out more fulfilling rewards. The guild wars have become doubly intense as battle duration can now reach a maximum of 30 minutes. Each guild can also be resurrected up to six times which is twice more than the previous version, Cloud Cruising. After half an hour of all-out war, the victorious guild can enjoy ten guild war boxes containing rare items that improve their characters’ XPs (experience points).

New Skin Items and Pets

Fashionista Flyffers will love the new skins and costumes for their characters which include Sentai sets, fantasy-themed sets, and many other skin items that would allow their characters to look like a famous anime or cartoon character. New pets that help loot items on the ground are also found in this new version, adding fun and cuteness to the adventure.

New Upgrade Items

Instead of using the power dice, items can now be easily upgraded in version 8 with the use of Orikalcums and Moonstones, which help strengthen weapons and equipment.

Flyff Version 8 Q&A

  • Oh no, I don’t have a CD installer for v8! How will I be able to play? If you already have an old version of Flyff installed in your pc, just click on your client and it will automatically patch for v8.
  • I’m using a dial-up connection and the patching is taking too long. What should I do? You can download the v8 updater or the full client installer at flyff.levelupgames.ph.
  • I want to change my appearance, where should I go? Go to “North Flaris Townâ€?? and click on the “Plastic Surgeonâ€?? NPC. For females, you have the option to put make-up on your character. For males, you may choose to put a mustache. Make sure you have money because the Plastic Surgeon will charge you 1,000,000 Penya!
  • Why can’t my guild join the Dragon Coliseum? To apply for the Dragon Coliseum, your guild level must be at least 30. The minimum application fee is 1,000,000 Penya.
  • I was killing monsters in Bubble 1 when another player suddenly killed me. How did that happen? All servers are PK (player kill) -enabled.
  • I’m a killer and was killed by a Guardian NPC but I didn’t end up in Kebaras, why is that? In v8, killers don’t end up in Kebaras when they are killed. Instead, they are sent to the priest of confession if they don’t have a Scroll of Resurrection.
  • What can make my character turn to PK Mode? Your character turns to PK (Pink) Mode when you: 1) Attack a White character, 2) Debuff a White character, and 3) Buff a Pink or Red character.
