The Win a Playstation 3 raffle is open to permanent residents of Metro Manila (GMA). The sponsor or promoter (GAME! Magazine - Hinge Inquirer Publications), participating outlets and their employees and persons reporting regularly to the sponsor/promoter under a contract or service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promotion including their relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
The Playstation 3 winner will be selected from readers and buyers of this issue and will be notified by phone, registered mail, email or SMS. The winner will have sixty (60) days to claim the prize. He or she can claim his or her prize at the Hinge Inquirer Publications office. He or she is required to present one valid ID, his or her personal copy of GAME! Magazine (August 2007 issue), registered notice, email notification printout or SMS notification upon claiming of the prize. Prize may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor after the claim period has lapsed without a claimant with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry. GAME! Magazine will publish the name of the winner in its October 2007 issue.
