Is there a Dr. Doom in the house?

By Joey Alarilla, hackenslash Editor INQUIRER.net I WAS at Borders in Singapore on June 16 with Hinge Inquirer Publications group editor Adel Gabot, GAME! editor in chief Howard Paw, and Emir Samonte, editor in chief of IP e-Games' Content/Communications Group when one of the store staffers made an announcement. She said the members of the Fantastic Four would be making a visit, so customers should get their cameras ready. Well, I certainly wasn't going to miss that! I excitedly told Emir that it was meant to be, 'coz what a happy coincidence it was that we just happened to visit Borders then, heh :) Well, I was in for a disappointment. Only Dr. Doom and the Human Torch (and heck, you wouldn't even know at first that he was meant to be Johnny Storm) arrived while we were there, and instead of a grand entrance the guys portraying these characters basically, um, skulked inside. As if they were ashamed -- dunno why, heh. Actually, I joked that the Invisible Woman was also there, but of course we couldn't see her. Anyway, here are two clips from that Borders visit.
