AMPED GAMES has recently partnered with local startup game publisher GPlayon to market and distribute N-Age, a new massively multiplayer online role playing game that is set in an "urban jungle."
Amped Games director Mitch Padua told hackenslash that GPlayon will still build the infrastructure for the game while Amped Games will serve as the marketing arm and game distributor.
"Our top-up cards can also be used to play N-Age," Padua said.
"We're in a win-win situation because it leverages on our marketing expertise while they focus on the infrastructure," Padua added.
He also said the game is already in open beta testing and will be commercially launched within June. GPlayon will also be formally introduced by then.
According to the N-Age website, this hack-and-slash type game is set in Rebirth World, which just rose from the ashes of an apocalyptic world war. At the middle of Rebirth World is Centerville, which is governed by a seemingly benevolent supercomputer called LISA. However, a rogue leader named Peuredeurik Syulcheuneo attacked the city and tried to take over. It is here where the adventure begins.
The game has four classes: Martial, Brandish, Chakra, and Prana. Each one corresponds to basic character types in most massively multiplayer online games: a hand-to-hand combatant, an all-around fighter, a distance attacker, and a magician.

cool game! a lot of intrigues (wo-ho!) and good stuff!
--------------------------------------
a new game to look forward to
and together with AMPED, a good
game will pop-up.^^
i'll already play this game, all i can say is two thumps up! seeyah on the game!
This game is really addicting........its good to know that AMPED tied up with N-age. I really cant wait for the result........
Wow! N-age is already published that was great! I already playing n-age game, very cool game based on my experience you can used also a motorbike… I think the decision they made to partnered with AMPED GAMES its helps a lot to represent a n-age to other players not yet discover this kind of game. ^^
Old news. Anything new and recent?
Another casual game to get what money's worth.
I think Danna is a korean employee of n-age.. just look at her grammar, self publicity i guess..
i've played n-age... and it have been out of the market for a while.. its an old game for the "neo age" from a game review.. this game is the most basic mmorpg, no skill combo's, poor pvp, short game life, no game story at all and there are only 3 game sounds the usual " pak!for hits, shwing! for skills and the background music, thats all i heard.. i guess this will be deleted,, just an honest opinion though
cge humalo pa kau sa eGames and LU! gud luck
love this game. thanks amped!
Good luck to them. They will need tons of it!
There’s a saying… “you can’t polish a turd.
Wala bang ka-taste taste ang mga taga Amped? They better have a good reason to market this game kasi it's gonna be a huge waste of server space.
Itabi po natin ang N-Age sa mga current titles ngayon. It's no contest.
I hope amped management can read comments from this post. If you are going to release a game why would you release an old style game ? it should be at least equal or better titles to what filipino gamers are playing today.
Isipin nyo na lang kunyari kung existing na yung Perfect world ng levelup at cabal ng e-games. You should na release game something like skyblade, ragnarok or worst like cronous.
well i guess the saying.. pera pera lng or i would say outwitting the market... U can make them believe that this is a good game eventhough its not... pinoy gamers don't deserve this... wla na bang maayos na game publishing ngayon? its not always about money u know
a rogue leader named Peuredeurik Syulcheuneo attacked the city and tried to take over. It is here where the adventure begins. " - this is lame
I'm not an online game addict but I do often play either online or offline. I thought Ragnarok 2 was better then Hellsgate though at the moment I'm not playing either of the two. "Chosen Space" yeah! that's where most gamers should be, it gives you
your own space and we are not bound by this and that rules like the rest of the games. Interacting with real people is the plus point. Gamers passionately played the N-age game but it's past now so a newer version would keep the spirit alive.
