Make time for things you love to do

Make time for things you love.MAKE time for things you love to do. It’s easy to remember that. After all, who doesn’t want to do things that make them happy? Oftentimes however, we do forget to do the things we love to do. The piles of paperwork tie us down to our desks, resulting in overtime and missed family dinners. The list of errands during weekends is a mile long, resulting in you lying down on your bed Sunday night thinking, “I can’t believe the weekend flew by so fast.” While it is practical that the essentials get done, don’t forget that you’re an essential too!

Your weekend errands to-do list may be all crossed out, but how about dedicating time to the things you want to do? Include it on your weekend to-do list. Put in “Watch movie with kids” right before “Buy school supplies for project.” Scribble in “Blog and bloghop” right after “Complete projects list.” How about “Get a massage” right after “Clean the bathroom.” Making time for things you love to do makes for loving yourself a little bit more too!

Precisely the reason why the blogosphere is expanding immensely. All of us tend to seek time that would drag us away from dragging ourselves to everyday routines and deadlines. And Blogging/bloghopping gives us that kind of freedom and luxury to reel away from complying to everyday standards even without beach vacations…:)

I consider blogging a form of escape too. :)

Nowadays people are too busy with their daily chores. As day pass by we unable to recall things we’ve love to do without heed to the consequences particularly our family and friends.

If were busy with our job, now is the time to look around and see good things in life.

    Cheers!

    Cheers to you too!

I completely agree with you. I just learned that we really need to allot some of our time for the things that we really want to do. Failing to do so can only make us dull and extremely stressed.

And who needs more stress in this world right? We need to learn to detach from work and routine, and incorporate some me-time into busy schedules.
