the project seems to interest me but what i always saw on the video was the face of the guy talking and not the room and its amenities and the guy seems to talk like a homo so it does not give a very good impression, just an opinion .

If they really wanted to show prospective clients the units, they should have done the videotaping when there was no one in the units. As it is, the camera mainly focused on the face of the speaker and not on the unit and its amenities. The people milling around served as an unwelcome distraction. The units and their selling points were barely visible to the viewer.
