Reinventing the wheel…?

sync with itunes??

Would you buy this if it comes with a built in 20GB hard drive?

Would you even buy this if it syncs with iTunes?

But it doesn’t! Meet the new (concept?!) Nokia Neo, with built-in camera, 7MB of internal memory and SD/MMC expansion. Oh, and ditch the keypad for the iPod-like trackwheel!

To think the circle keypad was enough! Now, there’s no keypad - just the circle!

Perfect for those who want to follow an iPod theme — iPod wheel, car steering wheel, and now even your phone has a wheel!

Some wheel are better thought of for its purpose, but this one is a useless rip-off. In short - TRASH!!!

Wha’ the -? How are you supposed to even text on that thing?!

i have the circle keypad and i enjoy using it! but this wheel thing is something i can’t imagine myself using!! :P is this really an upcoming model of nokia? i don’t see it anywhere in their websites.. ??

PhonePod? iPhone?

looks more like iCr@p to me… :)

I 2nd emotion to that !!!

That design is impractical and alienates just about every Nokia user who has never even seen or used an Ipod. The wheel was introduced into Ipods with a specific purpose. I can’t see the point in putting it on a mobile phone, though.

To Nokia: Good Luck, this is, by far, your dumbest phone design.

aww!!

Nope! I am not an ipod kinda girl. Can’t imagine a phone without a keypad and wouldn’t trade my N7610 for anything.

let it be known that the nokia neo has not yet been officially announced. its basically something in the back-end factory still, and subject to more R&D, i would LIKE to assume.

it makes an interesting conversation piece though, based on the number of replies. :)

ano ba ‘yan? tama bang gawin ng nokia ang ganitong model? parang ewan. it’s so not nokia.

This is not the first time Nokia introduced a non-intuitive counter-productive product. Just look at their current “stylish” models. Man, no wonder they’re losing ground. Akala nila basta Nokia, bibilhin kaagad. Wait til Samsung or Motorola overtake them. Cliche cliche, Nokia is becoming a dumb blonde phone (looks before usefulness). Enough said! :D

nokia phones are supposed to be stupid-friendly, right? labo ng nokia! if they’re trying to INNOVATE, they should at least consider who’s it for! probably this phone was conceptualized by non other than Captain Hook! click! click!

wala bang nokia na phone+mouse? ayus kung mga optical keypad sila.
