Xbox 360: Halo 3 and HDMI edition

Xbox 360 Halo 3 consoleHalo 3 fanatics will surely enjoy (or maybe not) Microsoft’s latest offering: the Xbox 360 Halo 3 Edition. With a specially designed body and color scheme which conforms with the game’s overall theme and the added HDMI port, hopefully, this console won’t suffer from the bugs Console with headset and controllerthat plagued earlier models. Considering the release date, however, I suppose they’ve already done their homework and addressed these issues already. The Halo3 Edition comes with the console, wireless controller, wired headset, 20 GB and Halo 3 Special Edition gamers pics and themes to name a few. The game, however, is not included.

For those for looking for something a little less eyecandy-ish , the new Xbox 360 Premium models will ship with HDMI capabilities as well. What does this mean? Well, you can now stream high quality video and audio through one cable eliminating cable nightmares. Retailers are gradually introducing these new consoles to the market. To determine whether you’re getting the HDMI-capable console, just look for the HDMI logo. Fair warning, though: it’s still too early to expect it to be available locally. If I were you, I’d wait until Christmas or early next year when the real goodies are already available.

Wow, the 360 is part of the m-ph coverage now huh?

anyway, i suggest you check your local forums for an earlier availability date.

Not entirely and it might probably be limited to the blog only. Nevertheless, we do want to cover a greater spectrum with regards to gadgets and don’t want to limit it to the traditional mobile devices.

On its availability, we do understand that others might offer it at an ealier date, but legitimate stores in the mall might not have it in stock this early, but others are free to scour forums for individuals who are already selling it locally.

Lol. legitimate shops/business also sell the 360 via the forums with actual replacement warranty. not to mention at a cheaper price too….

So bibilhin nyo na Gadgets? nevertheless, The 360 still would’ve been better covered in Game!’s blog.

True, it would have been more apt in Game’s blog, but the coverage of Mobile and Game does overlap each other at times…and considering that most of Game’s focus is on the software side, we just thought of bringing up this bit of news here on the Mobile blog…
