Remember the ultra-portable MSI Wind we reported earlier this year? Well, it’s now available at PC Corner with other variants expected to arrive at the end of the month. There’s also a bundle of configurations to choose from so you can have your tasty Wind built to your own preference and budget.

The most affordable variant comes with a measly 512MB RAM, 80GB HDD and no OS is priced at P 23,999.00. The most expensive one tops of at P 31,999.00, and features 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD and Windows XP Home with SP3 as its OS. Standard features you can expect from each model include an Intel Atom processor, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, built-in webcam and a modest 10-inch widescreen display.
It’s definitely not as cheap as the current Eee PC crop available now, but it does offer more flexibility and choices with regards to its components. As for performance, we’ll have to wait and see until we get our hands on a demo unit.

This Computer is a little bit expensive compare to other branded models.....
Check out my Mac Book Wind! An MSI Wind running Mac OS X Leopard.
boss norman, yes little bit pricey compared to other UMPCs but you get what you pay for, and i believe that this is priced just right because it has more powerful specs compared to other brands like asus hp and acer.
MSI Wind is very good and useful. Seriously…much better than ASUS or HP
