When Steve Jobs came back to Apple, the company was a mess. Give credit to the guy for turning it around. Let’s not forget that he was one of the founding fathers of the Apple company. Those who took over when he “left” may have the good intentions for the company. But it’s different when you really the one who created and cared for the company from the ground up.
Steve Jobs thinks out of the box. He is a risk-taker. Not all Apple products clicked with the public. I think the products were ahead of its time (such as the Newton). But that didn’t stop the guys from making new products. He could have stopped and given up. But he didn’t. Even if the product didn’t click, he continued doing more.
Imagine if he didn’t push forward, we wouldn’t have the iPod, the iPhone and all the iProducts.
Great ideas may sound strange at first. But that’s where the fun begins: when we prove the critics wrong.
Let’s learn from the mistakes and triumphs of these business leaders.
