THIS anime series was known as Hana no Ko Lunlun, which translates to The Flower Child Lunlun, but in the Philippines we knew her as Ronron the Flower Girl (or Ronron the Flower Angel).

now i know where i got the name of our dog ages ago! RONRON! i didn’t know it was from an anime show. i may be too young to remember.
we named all our subsequent dogs ronron. maybe the next time i get another dog, i’ll name her ronron again…

i remember those vintage non-super robot anime from the late 70’s to the early 80’s, Paul in Fantasyland, Alakazam, Remy (Nobody’s child), King Arthur, Candy-Candy… the list goes on
