Hello webmaster. Not totally agree with you, but you just gave me an idea for a new eBook regarding \"Yummiest desserts across the Philippines\". It is related to molding with chocolate. Thanks.

Hi everyone.
Just would like to share my experience last week. I got curious with the Arabian Holiday Cake being the front page cover of PDI's Yummiest Desserts across the Philippines so I ordered through Chef Joey and got the cake from Salcedo VIllage last Saturday...
You know what? I thought it was just an ordinary pound-fruit&nut-cake but it was FANTASTICALLY DIVINE....... it was very moist, the sweetness is just right, i truly enjoyed the different fruits and nuts but most of all I enjoyed that unique spicy aftertaste that lingers in your mouth.... it felt like..... I was in the Middle East....

Truly a great creation Chef Joey Prats!!!! (hey, are you related to the celebrity Prats?)
thanks....
