Arrogance in the midst of triumph?

05/17/07

Posted under Genuine Opposition, Readers' Blog Posts

LIKE every patriotic citizen, am awaiting every update on the national and local canvassing of votes. Am interested not only in those who will barge into the Magic 12; equally important is the “attitude” of the early leaders, tailenders and their supporters.

These news articles from INQUIRER.net caught my attention:

I listened with admiration to this guy as he debated with his counterparts during the campaign trail. I would willingly vote for him if he ran for senator.

However, with these reports, I don’t know if this is reflective of the group he represents.

Is this plain arrogance, a childish reaction or the guy is just tired and has been experiencing a lot of stress lately?

The events that will unfold in the next few days may give us the answer.

Just to let you know that I’m GO supporter, And I can’t hardly wait for the result. As we all can see,… Gloria Arroyo, And her cronies doing everything in their power to succeed on their cheating.

Don’t tell me, There is none! Cheating this election is worse compare in 2004. I just hope that they’re not going to succeed. Otherwise she gonna have more problem.

You observation is as good as mine. You can’t really expect something good anymore either from our political leaders and their chihua-huas. All of them stinks! Just wait and observe what will happen in the senate and congress again once all those winners are proclaimed. The main reason why most of our coutrymen are leaving abroad because they sick and tired of our leaders. The Philippines is becoming hopeless…….
