Hmm, Mar seems to be doing good in the NBN Senate investigation. Just proceed with your anti-corruption stance, things are starting to look good for you. We are watching.
if ever mar roxas will run for 2010 presidential election, i will vote fo him!
he has the qualities of a president..
but before that he should tie a knot with ms. korina sanchez!
i like to see our country with a sanchez-roxas tandem!
go mar!go for it!
you’re the best!
you always have my vote!
Mon Tulfo hit it right by claiming that Mar Roxas is only after media mileage when the latter tried to push a Senate hearing involving those Wowowee and Eat Bulaga personalities. It is so trivial to waste our taxpayers money for. See how easy it was resolved by the adept handling of the MTRCB chairman?
Is he already showing his true colors by dipping his hands in such a petty controversy? Is he so desperate to woo the “masa” vote this early ? Why dont he just focus on enacting bills that would truly help the average Filipinos? He paraded himself before as an economist, so why not simply focus on things that would help our nation’s struggling economy improve, thereby providing more jobs and businesses for our people?
It is not bad to think and prepare ahead, but 2010 election is still too far. I hope that he and and all other elected officials should concentrate more on doing their jobs well rather than resorting to gimmicks that will help them retain or acquire new posts..
rich,
Mon Tulfo hit it right in his analysis of Senator Roxas actions. It simply designed to further his political ambitions this early. Imagine how much media mileage it would bring him if he is able to preside over hearings he wish to conduct involving two popular noontime shows’ personalities. He should concentrate more on his job of legislating bills that would help the plight of the common Filipinos rather than dip his hands in this controversial yet trivial matter. See how easy it was resolved with the adept intercession of the MTRCB chairman. I hope he just concentrate on doing his job as a legislator. That is what he promised the public before getting elected in the first place. Enough of the “in aid of legislation” excuse. It is such an outrageous alibi to allow the legislators to conduct these pointless and worthless hearings!
