SO, who the heck are the five Commission on Elections nominees whose names have been submitted to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo?
Here's an excerpt from the "Lack of transparency in Comelec selection process hit" Breaking News story of INQUIRER.net reporter Veronica Uy:
On Monday, the Malacañanag-formed search committee submitted its five nominees to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo but refused name them. “[This] lack of transparency is unconstitutional... The people have the right to know who the nominees are,†said Majority Floor Leader Francis Pangilinan. The seven soon to be vacant seats in the poll body are currently being occupied by Resurreccion Borra as acting Comelec chairperson, Commissioners Florentino Tuason, Romeo Brawner, Nicodemo Ferrer, and Rene Sarmiento, and the still-to-be-confirmed Moslemen Macarambon.
I would guess the reason for the lack of transparency is awkwardness. Because the list include one or all of the following candidates:
1. Chavit
2. Bedol
3. Garci
Same kind of animals like the one in stinking palace beside the stinking river, the clowns in congress and cabinet,the rabid police and afp generals and the pupets in judiciary and the big fat pork and his piglets that resides in that same palace,they all have the same scales!!!HELLO GARCI!!!
Who else but Gloria Arroyo, Cronies who can do all the cheating for her.
Just like what happen in May 10, 2004. Presidential election. And the same thing happen in 2007 Election. And if there is an election in 2010 I'll guarantee you these new comelec's going to do all the cheating operation in order for Mrs, Pidal candidates win in office.
so whats new to these crooks who is squatting in Malacanyang Palace.
The only people going to sit in comelec office is the people who can take order from Gloria Arroyo,
they make sure they're going to succeed on their cheating operation just like what happen on May 10, 2004. Presidential election. And 2007 election. Why even bother to have election. Its a waste of taxepayer's money. If they're only going to cheat in order for them to squat in Malacanyang Palace.
I'm pretty sure Gloria Arroyo, Going to appoint somebody who can take order from her, So that they can succeed on their cheating operation just like what happen on May 10, 2004. As we already know Gloria Arroyo/cronies doing everything in their power to change the contitution law; so that she can stay into her stolen power forever.
WELL THE COMELEC IN BUGUEY, CAGAYAN VALLEY IS HONEST AND I SUPPORT ALL THE WAY. IMAGINE, BECAUSE OF THE MAYOR'S WANTS THE SK ELECTION WENT AHEAD WITHOUT THE COMELEC PRESENT. WITH THAT, THE COMELEC OFFICER REPORTED THIS TO HIS CENTRAL OFFICE. NOW, ADMINISTRATIVE AND CRIMINAL CASE AT THE OMBUDSMAN WAS FILED AGAINST THE CULPRIT.
Sen. Francis Pangilinan is indeed a lawyer. A lawyer who just speaks of only one side of the issue which favors his case. It is true that the people have the right to know, but he has forgotten to mention that the Philippine President has the prerogative to appoint an official in the Commission on Elections (Comelec) even without mentioning the nominees. So, the President is executing within the bounds of the Philippine Constitution.
I suggest to the Filipino people to be educated in order to see these things. Our politicians can really make a spin us down the road. Educate the Filipinos and increase the middle class are solutions to end this kind of breed of politicians.
Like i said they do that kind of line to protect their credibilty, Its embarrasing for FL itself coz she is being run by FG and this 2 uprising PS,their going out of control,there is no comelec, their all milking their money now that the election is over some of them got atleast to a million or two.... that's how they used their money for briving people....the it is been is either say what we tell u to say and hush when we tell u to hush or suffer the consiquences...
The only people in comelec is the People who is the supporter's of Gloria Arrovo. To make sure all their cheating operation will be success.
