Erap for President in 2010?

| 194 Comments | 1 TrackBack
By Harvey Keh ON MY way to work this morning, I heard some disturbing news about the results of a supposedly Malacanang-commissioned confidential survey on the early ranking of possible Presidentiables showing that former President Joseph "Erap" Estrada was on top with a 23 percent rating. The survey also showed Vice-President Noli De Castro in second place with Senators Francis Escudero, Manny Villar, Loren Legarda and Mar Roxas lagging behind. I am personally saddened by the results of this survey if indeed this was conducted scientifically and accurately. I'm wondering if Filipinos have actually forgotten the crimes that former President Estrada has committed, including his involvement with illegal gambling operations that eventually led to his ouster in 2001. Have we also forgotten that this was the same man that was convicted of Plunder charges just a year ago? Yet as I reflect further on the results of this survey, it appears that majority of Filipinos are now very disgusted and disillusioned with the present administration that they are willing to bring back a convicted plunderer in the hopes that he will do a much better job of running the affairs of our country. While I agree that many of us have lost hope and trust in the Arroyo administration, have we also lost patience in looking for new leaders who can effectively and ethically lead our country that we have to settle for former President Estrada? Have we chosen to give up and just accept that we can never find a better leader other than Erap? I would like to continue to believe that there are still many good, effective and well-meaning government leaders in our country who may not be as popular as Erap, but can do a much better job in helping our country move forward at the pace of our Asian neighbors such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China and Vietnam. As much as I believe that the opposition should unite under one common candidate if they hope to be able to topple the political machinery of the incumbent administration in the 2010 elections, choosing Erap will not send out a clear message of promoting change and development in our country. Many Filipinos especially those living abroad are now looking for a Filipino leader that will really work for genuine and lasting positive change in the lives of every Filipino most especially the poor and the powerless. Let us all remember that change in our country cannot happen overnight and will not be delivered by just one person, it will take years of good governance, ethical leadership and the proactive social involvement of every Filipino if we want to achieve lasting peace, prosperity and progress for our country. In this age of rapid globalization and migration, if we elect Erap back to Malacanang, we will not only continue to become the Sick Man of Asia but we will also become the Laughing Stock of the World.

i do agree in the article, although in my own point of view,Erap is LESS evil than the present administration, it's not still convincing that the leader that we've been looking through the years that would materialize the real change in our present condition would be Erap. We have leaders that are far competitive, more effective and with real heart to help the Filipino people. WE should also eliminate the usual practice in our political system to tap traditional politicians in every top post in the government. WE have lot of political leaders that are young and more effective than those politicians that were considered in the high profile positions...

Hello Harvey,

Sometimes, I thought, my being a Filipino is just an " accident " ..It's really very frustrating, subalit, parang " hindi na kaya natin ito"...You can still try as a youth leader, for HOPE...We will pray for you. The end of times is soon coming, and " our Juan de la Cruz " will never recover. The philippine independence is becoming useless. Pabor lang sa mga "tuso", not for the general good of the country!.

I'm not surprise with the result... Corrupt people always vote for corrupt politician!... vice-versa....

Interestingly, if I remember it right, majority of Filipinos surveyed right after Estrada was ousted also did not believe the allegations raised against him back then. Despite its noble intentions, EDSA II was mainly a Manila-centric, middle class preoccupation. The majority of the people - the masa - has always been for Estrada. We probably need to consider why the disenfranchised has always been and at least in the near future always be supportive of Estrada or what he represents.

Former Philippine President Joseph Estrada can no longer run for president under the Philippine Constitution of 1987.

Mr. Keh's piece embodies most of the ideas I have in mind about this subject. In addition, re-electing Erap is like sinampal ang mamamayan sa isang pisngi. Tapos sinampal uli sa kabilang pisngi. If Filipino voters elect him back to office, no one in his right mind will blame Erap. The voters will have themselves to blame because the personality of Erap, as evidenced by his last performance, is describable as arrogance, walang hiya, mangluluko sa masa pero parang hindi naiintidihan ng mga masa kasi nabubulag sila sa kanyang lies and bola, greed and hypocrisy. Partly to blame if this ever happens is Gloria Arroyo who pardoned him even before Erap had a chance to ask for pardon. This was pure insanity on the part of Arroyo.

I just hope that this will never, ever happen. God forbid.

perhaps we should get Among Ed to lead the country.

There should be not much concern about this if one considers sample proportions as having margins of error... Erap does have his following. Whether the current "lead" is real, depends on this margin of error of the estimate, as well as non sampling errors, i.e. what survey firm did this? A firm with repute or a fly by night?
The response to a survey question on this certainly would depend on the list given... if the list were narrowed, then the answers may have changed.

One must be extra cautious analyzing things at this point... Let us not put too much into this.

we filipinos deserve to be miserable. we don't elect the best leaders. erap for 2010 will be another six years of corruption and inefficiency. we must not complain if we are poor. we only have ourselves to blame.

It means that the real number on problem of the philippines is Poverty, no wonder the term called Erap is still the no. one choice of most pilipinos, and Joseph Estrada is synonymous with that problem, but it would be futile to bring back a convicted plunderer and a womanizer, so most pilipinos should think of other alternative, who is a person without kulasisi and the best choice for the presidency is Governor Ed Panlilio, a priest with a million supporter of hoping for a change to a magandang kinabukasan ng ating Bansa. He has done a wonderful job in Pampanga where he has gained more quarry tax revenue and a bag of supot worth 500 thousand pesos, that would be a good kickstart to end corruption of the philippines.

ERAP LEADS IN MALACANANG SURVEY OF 2010 PRESIDENTIABLES

Everybody knows Erap fanatic Ernesto Maceda’s credibility is all shot, but on rare occasions he makes statements worth pondering like this one.

He claims Malacanang surveys of 2010 presidential wannabes show Erap is a tad ahead of Noli. That bit of news makes one wonder what to make of it than dismissing it outright had Maceda said the survey was done by Erap himself.

In his tabloid column, Maceda writes that a recent Malacañang-commissioned survey had the following result:

Erap Estrada — 23 percent
Noli de Castro — 22 percent
Chiz Escudero — 17 percent
Manny Villar — 14 percent
Loren Legarda — 10 percent
Mar Roxas — 8 percent

Maceda is a smart, scheming operator his reputation precedes him. If his report is false Malacanang will deny it. But if indeed the survey is correct it goes to show there are more Pinoys who are like clueless idiots unaware of what has been going on. Either that or the morons prefer a criminally inclined leader, preferably with criminal conviction, one who has committed the highest capital offense the better. But when things go wrong, they are the first ones to complain the government has become a shit hole for corruption.

we have long been the Laughing Stock of the World when we let the remnants of Marcoses settle back as if nothing happens.

are we too forgiving? i don't think so because Marcoses & Erap did not offer apologies and were even defiant.

sadly we are just plain stupid.

God, is there no one else in this country but these filthy and incompetent persons? Erap for president?! (again!), This notwithstanding EDSA 2, notwithstanding his fabled gambling escapades, his mansions, concubines and legendary uncouthness. Oh, and his scary sons and his faithful wife who are all keeping the family's political torch alive. What is it with this country that it refuses to learn from its very recent history? Its been just seven years since the guy was convicted of plunder! I know most Pinoys hate the current president, but to even entertain the thought of Erap running for, and winning the 2010 elections is unimaginable.

A very disappointing news. But certainly I'm not giving up with our country. I'm not concerned really who will be the next president as long as he/she wouldn't do anything stupid that would be catastrophic to business. Entrepreneurship is the answer to uplift our people from poverty.

Mr. Harvey S. Keh,

Who do you think will be the best person who can lead the country today?

You seemed you are trully convinced that ERAP is guilty but the people who claimed to be rigtheous are the one proven to be guilty not by our own Courts of Law. (Take note: I have no more trust in our own Court of Law but only table tennis court!)

Isn't it that the voice of the people is the voice of God!

Let me asked you a question - If you are not a sinner then cast the first stone!

Let's be God fearing Filipinos. Its only God who can make judgement and not you nor me.

To me there nothing exist such as opposition or administration. A person who wish to serve shall not associate with those from opposition nor administration but by both. The common denominator is the peop[le they planned to serve.

May God bless you.

Erap is the recreation of the media who hates Gloria. We are not yet ready for a change cause our masa intelect are the ones deciding our leader.

Bayani Fernado or Erap !!!!

hhm.. i guess, filipino people are for ERAP still despite of the fact that he was ousted, convicted and everything you can accused this guy. hhmm.. who knows? he got this small people still. and as far as i remember, this survey was just for choosen people. so we don't know if those people given by this survey cards were for ERAP? right?

anyway, yes? who can lead a country so far? hhmm.. well, i didn't see a thing out-busting?

reality bites if you see a child still doing bad for his country, our country would still be driven off. well, look at the smallest element of our society. I don't say I see them but.. look at the leaders of baranggay's, SK, StudentCouncil from every universities and schools alike. Look at those people who are leading, those students. Do you see them do their job correctly? I know a group who's doing mischievous acts to their organization. spending organizations money for pleasure and relaxation. do you think we have better future if we have this as future leaders of the country? guess not. hayy

Erap again as president? if this will happen again, then tayo na ang pinakabobong lahi sa buong mundo! di na po natin kelangang maging henyo para umasenso bayan. just watch and learn from our asean neighbors especially singapore...napakasimple,pag me bahid ng corruption or incompetence ang leader tama na. we have millions of capable persons who could lead ad manage this VERY SICK COUNTRY OF ASIA! bangon po tayo mga FILIPINO!!!

There's nothing to be surprised on the result of the survey. It only reflects the sentiment of the people's disappointment with the present administration. We saw how the electorate voted in the May 2007 elections when the pro-administration candidates were roundly trounced. It will be surely repeated and whoever is annointed by GMA will suffer the same fate.

In the multi-party system, there's really no solid opposition to talked about. As of now, those who go against GMA are the oppositionists but they don't belong to the same group and even themselves are in infighting. In this regard, even those who has access to the internet will bind themselves and shout to high heavens of down with Erap, we (including myself) should realize that the votes altogether by those who don't even have the chance to touch a computer is insurmountable. The noise of those banging their keyboards saying NO to Erap will be surely muffled by the onslaught of those who just count by their fingers but literate enough to vote.

Given this, I think Erap is not stupid to run again if he's not sure that he's qualified being a convicted plunderer. But remember this, the more people rant against Erap, it's publicity for him. Demonizing Erap will only fuel the agitation from the havenots. The better way is for the author to come up with his choice. Who knows, he maybe helping us avoid becoming the Laughing Stock of the World by naming his candidate.

pinoys keep complaining about everything, yet they keep electing the same corrupt, inept and uncaring leaders.

Hey, why call those people clueless idiots if they think Estrada is the solution to our current state of government. I am a pure blooded Filipino. A Physician in the Philippines and a licensed physician in the USA. Can you call me an idiot if I really think Estrada is the answer to all our problems? I am highly educated, balanced, true Filipino hearted individual and I do believe Estrada is the best among all the presidentiables. The survey means only tries to say this: Choose the lesser evil. Despite questionable allegations and conviction, Estrada still is considered the lesser evil among the choices offered.

Roxas for president. Honest and highly intellectual !

We keep on making the same mistake of electing the popular. And this Small One is the biggest mistake that happened to us. Making the same mistake over and over is plain stupidity. Are we Filipinos that stupid?

When a product is not performing its function, it has to be replaced by a new one. Don't give up on trying to find a better one.

Are Filipinos really that stupid? They will really bought for this theft, womanizing, alcoholic and gambling person? Enough, wake up Filipinos. It's one thing when a well educated person fooled you, this asshole doesn't know anything other collecting women and steal food from the poor people of the Philippines so that he can support his numerous families. I pride the Filipinos for being mostly highly educated but I coming to the point that you guys will never learn. Look at the people you have in the Senate, Estrada, what the does he know about the country? He is not even a good actor. Him and his father look a pig and the mother look like a witch. Filipinos use your head and vote for the right person.

lets grow up! being Forgiving to the past sins of the marcoses, erap will us agAIN TO THE STONE AGE.

Have we learned our lessons yet? From Marcos to Erap? probably not. We Filipinos love superheroes, and for the majority of us whom we call "masa", Erap is a superhero no matter what he did in the past. His movies and his past administration of of San Juan made him the idol of the masses in his own right. His fans and suppoerters are even convinced that Erap is a real macho man because he's got a collection of wives and common law wives and they idolize him for that. Lito Lapid made it to the senate but Im not even sure what he's doing there, he seems quiet. At least Vilma Santos proved her worth. Whos next? I hope Sharon Cuneta or KC for senator. The star struck mentality or the "kabaduyan" of most of our kababayans lead us to where we are right now. We worship people with enormous power and popularity and we entrust to them our country's future. Im not only referring to movie celebrities but political celebrities as well. Erap convicted for plunder? who cares? people doesnt care what evil things Erap did but for all they know Erap is a good looking "artista" who helps the poor. Of course Erap supporters will capitalize on the grandest of all the excuses which is Arroyo's ineffective and scandal tainted governance to make way for Erap's much anticipated comeback. Trust me, with his new political machinery backed up by Arroyos growing enemies, Erap will be back in Malacanang and once again, its on with the show. Once, Manuel L. Quezon said that he'd rather have our country run by Filipinos like hell, than run by foreigners like heaven. It may not be the exact words but considering our nation's past, present and future, do you think MLQ made a good point there? I dont know.

Don't you know until now that Erap was convicted because Arroyo just could not afford to have it otherwise? Wake up. Check out Arroyos's province so you can see how illegal gambling FLOURISHED under her administration;. Sometimes some people are ruled by their ass and not their head. Am I pro-Erap no! Was there rule of law on his ouster? NO!
Is the Philippines better now? Hell NO! Do you know how Arroyo surpassed the loans made by the last three presidents before her? And with what to show for it?

Is there a better candidate? YES, Lim, Binay, Lacson etc.

So my point? Illegal gambling has nothing to do with Erap's ouster, its the stupidity of some Filipinos whose become dummies of the church led by the deceased thank God Cardinal sinner who has done nothing but plunge the Philippines into chaos. Just ask the students who were exempted from their finals by attending EDSA 2, from catholic schools of course!

this does not surprise me anyway...knowing eraps popularity...and besides erap's does not given a chance to run the country for a long period of time, the one who cast him stone are the one who makes us suffer now....hayyyy...2010 is just around the corner....and seems like with these politicians were heading for a no future country....hope someone will stand for the good of the filipinos...hoping the filipino will unite with one good choice of a leader.....

God bless us all in 2010.......

The writer's comments are correct, after all it's his point of view and certainly he's entitled to it.

The problem with us Filipinos is that we keep on hoping for snap change, overnight improvement, when in fact, that is far from reality. Our country was devastated for over 20 years during the Marcos regime and the remnants thereof are now deep seated in our bureaucracy, hence, change is not expected to happen overnight.

Another thing is, majority of poor Filipinos have the same behavior. Reality bites but this is what I observed among our fellow Filipinos. Don't blame the government for what is happening to us, hindi mapo-provide ng government lahat ng pangangailangan natin, we have to work on our own within the limits of the law.

I once read a book by a Filipino author and he gave an analogy about the perspective of some of our countrymen. Yung isang lalaki keeps on blaming the government, particularly the President, for his poverty.

Another thing, majority of us keeps on blaming the government, bakit? Presidente lang ba ang bumubuo sa gobyerno? Nakalimutan na ba nila na ang gobyerno ay binubuo ng lahat ng opisyales nito from Baranggay Chairman to the President, Mayors at Congressmen na binoto rin nila dahil nabigyan sila ng pera during elections.

With that scenario, wala tayong sisisihin kundi sarili rin natin.

Marami kasing naglalakbay, ibig sabihin may pera, may panggastos... tapos sasabihin nila naghihirap sila. How ironic. Bakit boom ang real estate industry ngayon? Kasi maraming demands, maraming bumibili, kasi may pambili.

Sana maisip to ng mga Pinoy...

Every people has the government it deserves. If the Filipinos vote for Erap in 2010 than they do not deserve better.

How I wish that the survey is true and the result is authentic. If indeed, the survey reflect the majority of the Filipino people, great let us welcome ERAP again for president but let us assure that the the VICE president has the courage not pardone president ERAP for the second time.

I am 101% sure that once Erap become president again he will end up in his cdetention center.

aren't u wishing we didn't push for his ouster then? if we had the benefit of foresight, i guess di sana tau nakikisigaw ng 'ERAP Resign!' dati..

sa totoo lang, and i guess i can speak for a lot of people-- we'd rather have ERAP, than the clown that we call our president..

This is just another Malacanang ploy to amend the Constitution. Erap vs GMA again, which we all know both are trash.

Don't worry Erap can never run again, and besides he will lose, and at 23% he can never be president. Pinoys are not that idiots.

It saddened me to hear Erap of running again for 2010 election.

Is he not yet contented for what he have done in our country? Is not yet contented that her wife and son, occupies the upper chamber of the congress? Is not yet contented to use the so-called masses for his own interest? Why don't he give new leaders a chance to lead the country? He's era is finished, let younger ones lead the country to a new dream.

All these politicians are just after for their own self interest. And much worst, Filipinos are amenable with this culture. They thought that all these are like movies wherein one can turnaround the country to prosperity.

Mr. Estrada, don't be selfish. Stop using this country to further your interest. Don't regain your Boracay Mansion by running again for President.

The survey must represent a cross-section of voters to mean something. And, believe it or not, it does reflect Eraps' popularity with the poorest segment of voters, not with the thinking middle class who knows better.

Erap will win if he runs again on 2010. Nothing you can do about it the way things are. This is what you get when you give the vote to people who does not care or does not have a stake in whatever happens to the country.

Maybe a reform of the voter system is needed wherein only those that pay taxes and are educated to some minimum level can vote, and those that are convicted of violations of the law cannot vote or run for offcie. In other words, only those that have a stake in the well-being of the country should be allowed to run for office or choose the country's leaders.

As I go over with your news item, it seemed to me that you tend to become more desperate rather than building up your faith, in the way we, Filipinos, behave in the essence of a real democracy. We are a well educated citizenry that once angered, Filipinos think of a bolo or pen to be a mightier weapon than the speed of a bullet in defending our country.
Don't give up your hope, for this is the way we really are - ' Mahaba ang pasensiya lalu na't kapag naapi.' Let time heal the wounds inflicted upon us by the leaders who both lived in this era of political difficulty, one who closed the ending of the 20th century(1998-2000) with great desperation and the other who started the opening of the first decade of the 21st century with more bad manners than her predecessor was accused of and convicted. We have learned from these mistakes and will continue to learn how to bounce back for our common good.
Have more faith to our Filipino race. The survey you are talking about is just senseless whim of the die-hard players in our political system to serve their own personal interest. I never give credence to political surveys for these are all self-serving." Kung sino ang gagastos siya ang panalo. And you know how expensive it is nowadays to go to this process. All groups know how to deal with this "racket".
How could you honestly believe that ERAP would rank first in this survey- is it because of his well fortified political propaganda? What is the content of the questionnaire?
Precisely, an obvious element in the questionnaire form for Erap to be on top.
And I challenge all the political pundits and all the survey institutions of our country to come up with a survey, honestly and publicly. Just tell them to incorporate this last question that I have just told you, and I'll bet you all my stacks of chips "like a poker player would say in poker"- ALL IN for MAR ROXAS. Put more names in the list of the presidential wannabees and MAR will always land on top.
Harvey, the end of all surveys for this presidential election in 2010 has already been concluded, and this survey was done not only on the basis of selecting few respondents which they used or regarded(survey institutions)to be a true representative reading of the entire electorate. This is bias judgement.
What I am referring to were the past electoral processes of our country on the national elections and the figures will speak for themselves. This was the real and authentic survey by the people themselves. In the voting history of our nation, in any of our election event including all senators. the presidents and vice presidents, the only person who obtained the highest number of votes of TWENTY MILLION or more was MAR ROXAS. And when he sets up this record from that year in 2004, despite the tremendous increase in our voting population no one among the candidates for senator has surpassed his voting record. Not even Legarda,Villar and Lacson who were re-electionist in 2007 and now are eying the presidency.
This is what they fear most about MAR ROXAS, by trying to pin him down on this prejudice, senseless ploy, foul positioning on the surveys to portray him as a "kulelat" in the upcoming presidential battle. You can never put a good man down, as the maxim always say.
I would also think that Erap shouldn't be barred from running for president. Let him run for all these grandeur of illusions to be put to an end. The people knew what has he done to the presidency and his misdeeds still fresh in the minds of the Filipinos which are now being duplicated by this succeeding government. The fall of Erap in this coming election and the eventual fall of another pro-GMA candidate will open up a new beginning, turn a new page in our political history- a history of two contemporary presidents that has darkened the image of the presidency and what we need now is a person who could lift this office to new heights of power and moral prestige. A man of good breeding, honest that we can trust.
One great historian said; " A PERSON'S GOOD BREEDING IS THE BEST SECURITY AGAINST THE BAD MANNERS OF ANOTHER, INCLUDING THE PRESIDENCY.And I believe Mar Roxas to be a man of good breeding. He's the perfect choice for the presidency..

Jimmy,

If Erap wins again...

It will only mean one thing...

Pinoy is the 'stupid man' in asia...

Let's face it, regardless, whether Erap is guilty or not of the plunder case. he didn't do anything to improve the economy of the philippines in his 3-yr term as a president.

I am not surprised about that survey. Most Filipinos will vote for Erap given the chance not because he is the best person to lead our country but because they (most Filipinos) like him and that he symbolizes the opposition to GMA's corrupt rule.

This is a perfect example of how sad the situation our country is facing. We are a democratic country, where the voice of the many rules. However, one should take notice that the many are not healthy (mind and body), almost starving, overworked (if indeed working and not just on the streets wasting what little money they have on alcohol or other vices), underpaid, desperate and lacks quality education and values necessary for true personal growth and maturity. We must accept that majority of us Filipinos are really not in a position to decide what is best for our country.

If they decide to vote for Erap and they win then all I can say is they have brought this unto themselves (as evident of the last two administrations).

We Filipinos are really stupid if we allow ERAP again to run aspresident!!!!!!!!!!!!

joseph ejercito estrada was a pathetic comic joke then and he remains, today, exactly that - a pathetic comic joke. and if the Filipino electorate allows him to emerge President again in 2010, then said electorate is exactly one and the same as joseph ejercito estrada - a sad comic joke.

GMA has done better in terms of economy than ERAP. And she also done better corruption than ERAP. ETERIO, what can u say about joc-joc bolante? Diosdado Macapal highway, swine scan?

Mr. Harvey Key,

If we only have to talk about future leaders of this country and maybe you are one of those who will run for election in this country against Erap, I will still vote for Erap. You know why, I know you are an atenean, run by jesuits, so probably you are greatly influenced by this people. I assumed you are blinded by the evil deeds that this jesuits have done in this world even before and now. They are partners of the global oligarchs, the illuminatis, that continue to rule this world like hell. Maybe not all atenean are bad, but look back and examine their past and present activities. Erap is also an atenean, maybe he has wronged, but I still bbelieved that he is more nationalistic than the rest them including you.

Your host, the inquirer, and if you really believed in righteousness, again you have chosen the wrong host because this host continue to plunder this country by not paying the right rent of the mile long place in makati to the government.

Mr. Key, you are probably a corpo 'rat' who serves the interest of the 'Money Changers'. You know why and remember this, Erap did not serve well the interest of this people and I will tell you some: 1. Local financial oligarchs and their foreign masters were not able to dictate Erap on how to run this country to favor there interest. One of them is the issue on "soveriegn Guarrantee" which Erap never agreed to be part of any contract with the government. This is the reason why we are suferring from the high cost of electricity, water, MRT fares, etc. 2. you remember the foreign bases, Erap is one of them who voted against its stay, kaya hindi siya love ng mga ito. 3. We laugh at Eraps' carabao bill, now we are benefiting from it because of the milk scandal in china. 4. You mentioned of other Asian countries as progressive, like Malaysia, they are progressive because, like Mahathir, he can afford to bullshit your western lords and not follow everything that they dictate in order to keep the country poor all the time. Only Erap has the courage to do that, like Bonifacio and Rizal, and he has proven that in the MIndanao conflict, when he told your lords not to meddle in our affairs in that area.
Kaya Mr. Key, kung gusto nating umasenso ang Pilipinas, suportahan natin yong leader who can resist or fight the hegemony of the western rulers, leaders who can serve the interest of the Pilipino people, leaders who cannot be bought by the oligarchs and I suggest that you rather talk more of the qualities of leaders like Hugo Chaves, Evo Morales, Kirschner and the like.
Puro scandal.
You are probably an advocate at the wrong time and place.

sana maawa naman po sa bayan. Surely naunahan na tayo ng mga Instik at Pana -baka in the near future magpadala na rin tayo ng mga dh sa kanila. Certainly, our degrees even in the so-called good schools are starting to get paler in comparison to theirs. Even Vietnam is overtaking us - are we going to export professionals cum domestics to them as well - de sige
