MANILA, Philippines--time Friday we bumped into Excited Mole at the water cooler nook. EM's rush-hush news: "Basted yata si President."

Shocking! EM qualified the harsh statement: "They have disengaged. Seems the nonexclusive arrangement doesn't work at that level."

So P-Noy is getting another stylist? "Not necessarily," said EM. Hmm, interesting.

Ended too soon, perhaps, but it was good while it lasted, wasn't it? we asked. "Well," EM said, "Liz Uy has at least one endorsement deal coming up."

That is not an answer, we said, walking away. EM's parting shot: "She does have Boy Abunda as consultant for endorsements, doesn't she?"

She wants out

Glamour Girl is reportedly scared out of her wits. GG hooked up with Top Politico in spite of the raised brows in their respective circles.

It was not all that serious for GG, but TP wanted to take the relationship to the next level.

Now GG wants out. Is it too late? More intriguing, a spy wants to know: What happens now to GG's other regular date, Imported Hunk?

Potty-Mouth Cutie

Looks can be deceiving. At first glance, Cutie Singer seems as saintly as a seminarian. In reality, he has a potty mouth.

According to a stunned witness, CS once bumped into Former Manager by accident. Though they were in a public place, CS showered FM with expletives that could make a fish monger blush.

All FM could do was cry like a baby. The poor gay still carries a torch for CS.

She was in denial for the longest time, but Celebrity Mom has finally come to terms with Flamboyant Son's gender.

Among friends, CM fondly calls FS "my dalaga... the most beautiful among my children." Of course, FS gets embarrassed whenever CM makes a fuss, but he has always been his mom's favorite.

No time for love

Handsome Hunk broke up with  Stylish Girlfriend for the most mundane of reasons. He confessed to pals that he hardly had time for her.

To think SG was totally supportive not only of HH's career but also of his myriad nonshow biz projects. SG gladly acted as secretary, e-mailing and faxing letters for HH's other ventures.

Perhaps HH wasn't looking for that kind of GF--not a girlfriend, but a girl Friday? Ouch.

Fanny's view

At the launch of his hair-care line Fanny Serrano Professionals, the celebrity stylist said he was surprised that some people made a big deal of star-client Sharon Cuneta's spiels about Aga Muhlach in the concert of AiAi de las Alas.

"It was a joke," Fanny related. "Before the show, Aga and [wife] Charlene Gonzalez dropped by Sharon's dressing room to greet her. They talked while I was doing Sharon's makeup."

After the concert, Aga and Sharon texted each other, Fanny said.

UN enlists Diether

Today, the UN World Food Program will recognize Pizza Hut's efforts in their programs for the conflict-affected children of Mindanao. The poster boy is Diether Ocampo, who founded and heads Kids Foundation.

UNWFP officials will announce their fundraising targets this year at Pizza Hut Megamall Ground Floor Bldg. B, 11 a.m.

Choirs at Star City

Nyoy Volate, Jovit Baldivino, Glaiza De Castro, Kyla and Luke Mejares are alternately featured as guest performers at the national finals of the MBC (Manila Broadcasting Company) National Choral Competition on Dec. 6-10 at the Star Theater, Star City complex, in Pasay City.

It's a boy!

LOS ANGELES--John Travolta's wife Kelly Preston has given birth to a baby boy, the couple said Wednesday, adding that they were "ecstatic" about the new arrival, Benjamin. The birth on Tuesday comes nearly two years after their eldest child, Jett, died from a seizure. The newborn weighed in at 8 lbs, 3 oz. The couple have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu. AFP

MANILA, Philippines--Remember last Sunday's Fading Star? She has been having cash-flow problems of late--like most Pinoys.

FS reportedly pulled out hot-ticket items from an upscale boutique that she used to endorse ... and held a garage sale.

Bright idea. Except that FS sold the expensive items at P30 to P50 a pop. Quite obviously, business is not her calling.

Prima donna, reinvented

Pretty Singer has earned a nasty reputation. Mole says she is a prima donna who likes making people wait in her gigs. She has lost jobs because of this.

Then, she suddenly reinvented herself into a trouper. This is why PS is very visible on the boob tube these days. She wants promoters to know she's reliable ... and available.

Floating devices redux

Hard-Hitting Host is in a quandary. Seems HH is reluctant to accept home studio's current offer. Unhappy, HH started "floating" rumors of opportunities from rival networks, according to a colleague.

Concocting "piracy" rumors apparently worked for Controversial Host, who landed HH's old job.

Going downhill

Acclaimed Veteran had high hopes for new Media Company. AV thought MC was a viable alternative to the current scene, which is far from ideal.

Alas, AV found out that MC was offering more of the same dubious and disappointing fare from AV's previous studio.

To illustrate: AV noted that Notorious Manager is currently lording it over at the MC--having disturbingly strong influence over matters that go beyond talent management.

Spotted on the catwalk

Backstage at the Folded and Hung show during Fashion Week, Influential Gay was spotted being escorted, with queer VIP pals, to the best seats in the house so they'd have the best view of the scantily clad hunks on the ramp.

Unfortunately, one of the studs on the catwalk was IG's Former Ward. Their parting had been far from amicable.

Did sparks fly? Was there tension in the air? Nah. Too many biceps as distraction.

PD allegedly hooked up with a rich -- make that very wealthy -- boyfriend, the heir of a prominent clan.

The Affluent Beau supposedly gifted her with a European sports car to the tune of P20 million plus plus.

PD's mom, always on the lookout for her daughter, wants more -- namely, a franchise to AB's successful chain of businesses, to secure the girl's future.

PD can now have the last laugh at the expense of Former Boyfriend who purportedly broke her heart and piggy bank.

But is it true that it was PD who split up with FB after meeting AB?

Will Top Exec feel bad about this rumor?

TE is supposedly not the first choice for a major post in a studio owned by Billionaire Mogul.

BM originally wanted TE's rival, Controversial Exec, for the same position.

CE turned down BM's offer and only then was TE considered for the job.

Now that CE is free from past obligations, will BM make a new offer?

UH is considered a headache by colleagues in the studio.

Seems UH has nothing much to contribute, apart from glamour and good looks, says a mole.

Is UH the favorite of BB or is BB merely giving him enough rope?

MANILA, Philippines--Years ago, Entertainment Mogul couldn't pay the rent for an office building. Instead, he offered Sexy Star to the Dirty Old Landlord.

If it's any consolation to SS, the rent ran in the millions. Last we checked, SS was still working for EM. Probably a long-term contract.

Take-out idols

Spy isn't surprised--not at all--that former Matinee Idol is the subject of unsavory rumors. MI had the habit of bringing home six cans of soda from the set of his movies.

"It's understandable," says Spy, "to bring home one can; you may get thirsty on the road. But half a dozen!"

Another Former Heartthrob now has the same modus operandi. He would bring home bags of food from the set's catering service--for his family.

After the requisite medical exam, the IC reps were shocked to discover what Manila's chi chi crowd knew all along: MI is a notorious drug user; the urine test confirmed it.

Thus, MI lost a potentially lucrative job.

Male prima donna

Even a man can be a prima donna, yes. Drama Actor asked that his scenes in an upcoming movie be shot after a trip abroad. Movie Producer complied and rearranged the shooting schedule. But she bumped into DA at a show biz party. Turned out, DA never left town.

Look who's dating

A mole swears Dennis Trillo is smitten with "Mano Po 6" co-star Heart Evangelista. During a recent pictorial, Dennis couldn't keep his eyes off of Heart, the mole said.

At press time, the two Kapuso stars are reportedly dating, though another mole spotted Dennis having dinner with ex-girlfriend Cristine Reyes. Dennis explained that they were just tying up loose ends. "We need closure." (Right.)

MANILA, Philippines--Out of town for an event, Sexy Starlet snuck into Matinee Idol's hotel room and had her way with the poor guy, who was as drunk as a skunk. "Rape" would be too strong a word, though, as MI was quite the willing victim.

Cornered by her Non-show biz Boyfriend, SS claimed she was "seduced" and "molested" by MI. NB confronted MI, then punched the living daylights out of the guy.

To get even, MI gathered some pals, including Character Actor and Controversial Personality and beat up NB days later.

Loyalty check

Rattled by the recent sale of a Fledgling Network, Big Boss of a major channel conducted a loyalty check among her Top Executives and Exclusive Stars. BB wanted to make sure they would not be lured away by new FN owner, High-profile Tycoon.

It takes one...oh, so true! BB's own network started its climb to success by pirating talents from rivals.

Wet, wet, wet

Remember Senior Star, who quit a soap opera because a scene required being pushed into a swimming pool? Turns out, Veteran Star left the same network after being asked to do a sequence in the rain--at 3 in the morning!

No spring chicken, VS almost caught pneumonia, said a source. What happened was, the taping lasted 'til the wee hours because the lead actor was late.

Problem is, YT is linked with the campaign of a politico and could spark possible "conflict of interest" controversies.

Gay Millionaire has a new love in Aging Actor.

Seems AA hooked up with GM because the latter can potentially buy a media outfit and breathe new life to the former's lackluster career.

AA really knows whom to woo, to win big in the biz.
