ok lang mag transfer c regine sa abs cguro offset lang siya sa mga baguhang singer sa gma7, wala namang nangyari na nandiyan siya sa sop hindi naman nanalo ang sop sa star awards cguro kung wala na cya manalo na ang sop sa star awards.

the reason why Regine considered transfering to the other station is because of the way her network treats her. they don’t show how they value her contributions and they only concentrate on their new babies like Marimar.

This is a sad thing for regine. Right now, we can only feel sorry for her but she can take advantage of this situation by taking a rest, have a grand vacation. Think, pray. not only about the possible transferring to abs-cbn but also about her whole life.
Others may be right that she is too old for betty lafea and yes, i agree that kc concepcion could be a better choice.
And also, if she is gonna transfer to abs-cbn, will joining asap be one of the project? Hmmm, there’s already a lot of good singer in there already… she might be an excess baggage…
She is a favorite so I can’t say any bad things about her except that her relationship with Ogie is a no-no for a lot of people but it’s her life so whatever makes her happy she can go on with it.

That was so unprofessional of her. One piece of advice: Do not make any announcement without anything in writing to back you up. In the first place she should have done her homework with the other station. It started when she was not chosen as the host of the on going Pinoy Idol. She thought that since she is the so called “Asian Song Bird” with a swollen head, she was the perfect choice to host. Too bad, the bird has been shot. GMA should have let her go. What a big loser she is. Attention Mr. Ogie Alcasid: Dump her and go back to Michelle. She is one hot chick (MILF).

thats the problem with some people.. they dont seem to have self contentment/satisfaction. Regine is a “made” star already, she has exceeded every single artist in her craft, its just so hard to understand why she has to “restle” for a role which could have been given to a much younger artist, and those that are just starting, what more could she ask for, with the title, fortune and success that she has achieved over the years why cant she be just contented with what she has, I love Regine, im in fact a fanatic of her talent, but on this particular issue, i think its too “kacheapan” that she put herself into negative issues….. i just hope that she learns her lesson well, many people look up to her..

i think regine should just stay with gma. sobrang dami na ng artists sa abs-cbn even angel locsin, the most recent lipat-bahay, is finding a hardtime finding her place in the network. if not for piolo pascual, parang there’s nobody there she can identify with. tama na kasi ang lipatan, stay put na lang kung saan ka. unless habol mo ang makilala ng patrons ng TFC, eh di lumipat ka.

I hope Regine gives a lot of thought into this transfer. Even if the role of Betty La Fea is offered to her, she might be a tad too old for the role. No matter how heavy the prosthetics, she’s too mature to play a starry eyed, love struck and naive young woman. Regine is pushing 40. Shouldn’t she be looking for mature enough roles that will suit her age? And it’s difficult to disassociate her superstar persona from the character she wants to play. Kinda like Tom Cruise. No matter how good the role, viewers cant go beyond seeing Tom Cruise, the star.

what regine did was a plain (if not stupid) mistake. but no one is in any position to judge her.
it just shows she is human like the rest of us. i believe she’ll never run out of work. she is still asia’s songbird. its her passion to music that will endure in the end.
as for her romance with ogie, im also disappointed but again who am i to put the blinds on her for falling in love that way and to that person.

yes, i agree that she is not being treated well by her station. She should have been on of the judges for their pinoy idol instead of Jolina . What does jolina know about singing? yes she knows how to sing but she in not a singer . Regine is a more credible judge than Jolina.

Well, for an experienced artist, Regine failed to practice prudence. Maybe inside she feels desperate to have failed to discern well, really well.

Did she not notice? Most senior singers from ABS-CBN are not well-exposed and have not been given good projects to boot.The likes of Gary, Kuh, Zsazsa and Martin have all been sidelined to the Sunday show. Whereas their contest winners (those who and who can’t) have all the big shows ready for them even if sometimes there presence are not really making any difference or even ruin it sometimes.

But it is not true that ABS-CBN don’t pirate their stars. They got angel locsin. She who was willing enough to have her GMA-supported rise to stardom killed, only to begin to lure the people again and how she waited for her time to shine again.

While employment with GMA is more stable, ABS displays an almost quarterly change of heart especially for newcomers. they prefer pretty faces, if not, the talent’s face must be funny enough to elicit mockery and sustain viewership.

For Regine, she just have to begin singing new and better songs again. Do less with revivals, everybody’s doing and it’s killing everyone’s creativity. Most importantly, stop displaying so much affection for Ogie. While people may respect your love for each other, people will also never forget that Ogie used to have an australian for a wife and a child named Lila who are both still alive at present. Karmic account or whatever, prudence must always be a virtue for all to observe and practice.

ok lang reg… now you know what kind of people you are dealing with. some may just want you because they can make money out of you, but there are few people and institutions who wants you because you can definitely deliver, compensation excluded. you got talent, and for that you should be grateful…. gma is best for you, and you should know that by now. love ka pa rin namin… kasi down to earth ka….. don’t worry… stay happy!

Na meet ko na yan si Regine sa Vegas (if I remember correctly, the concert title was The Songbird…. ewan with Ogie). I went to her press conference and I have to say, am a big fan of her voice pero personality wise - nakaka turn-off. Sorry pero totoo. Buti pa si Ogie, mabait.

There are lots of better young actress who could portray the role of Betty la Fea and I certyainly believed even with those prosthetics will not give justice to the role. So please listen to those commentaries that you get ABS-CBN people! It hurts but it is true, but facing the truth is one reason why ABS-CBN is the No. 1 station. Keep it reigning and just concentrate on your best talented actress. You have lots and you don’t need anyone outside your “bakod” who it seems to me is just making you the rounds to increase her bargaining fee!

I think creatively artists want to explore new things even if it means crossing new territories. Nothing wrong with that you always have an option and need to grow. Maybe abs-cbn should be professional in dealing with they’re negotiations. Present a proposal with an artist and be prepared with all the options that go with it. Its so lame to send out “feelers” just to test the waters; how far the negotiations will go. If at the end of the day they don’t reach an agreement, then move on to another choice. Simple business ethics.

Whoever advices her to move to another station is the one to be blamed.
