Karylle, who only recently admitted breaking up with actor Dingdong Dantes, will move to ABS-CBN, her new management team said in a statement.

STAGES, which produced the successful local theater presentation of “West Side Story” that featured Karylle in the lead role of Maria, has taken over talent management duties for the singer. It said Karylle’s transfer had the blessings of top GMA-7 executives Wilma Galvante and Darling de Jesus.

She is being mentioned in show biz talk shows and news reports over an alleged incident said to have happened in early June in which her credit card was declined in a posh restaurant located in a Makati five-star hotel. As she presented her credit card to pay the bill for her dinner with Ruffa Gutierrez, Pops Fernandez and a non-showbiz friend named Josie, Gretchen was informed that the bank had declined the card.

Talent manager Lolit Solis will not challenge Annabelle Rama’s verbal tirades over her own remarks that questioned Ruffa Gutierrez’s ill-feelings towards Lani Mercado.

“Ayokong makipag-away kay Annabelle. Hindi dahil sa natatakot ako sa kanya. Wala akong iniwanang laban. Kung kailangan akong makipag-away, makikipag-away ako. Pero ayokong makipag-away sa kanya dahil tinitignan ko pa rin yung 30 years na naging friendship namin. Wala pa si Ruffa, magkaibigan na kami.
