Re Ms. Cosio-Bautista’s question “But can he name upcoming Filipino artist worth watching? Or is the horizon that bleak for the Pinoy music scene.“Almost a year later, who indeed is out there worth getting excited about?

To Mr. Jim Paredes:
You’re one of the most respectable contemporary Filipino musical artists. But how come you fell short of fairness when you sat as a juror in the recent gala night of Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2? You did well in PDA 1! Were you also swayed by Louie Ocampo and the unfair mentors? Just asking. How can you help build the faith of upcoming Filipino artists that way? Please don’t join any connivance that would be damaging to your good name. Please judge contests fairly and resolutely.
