beach-club-2.JPGFUNNY enough, we only went to Bohol Beach Club to have lunch.

This was on June 24 when I flew to Bohol to cover the launch of three Animal Bite Treatment Clinics by the provincial government, in cooperation with Family Vaccine and Specialty Clinics Inc. and IP Foundation, the corporate social responsibility division of IP Ventures Group.

Still, even that brief visit was enough to impress us with the resort’s pristine surroundings and beautiful white sand beach. It was the first time for me and my companions to go to this resort, and I’ve actually vowed to go back there in the near future with my family because this place is truly a sight to behold.

And we have pics and videos to prove it, heh. All photos courtesy of Jon Jone D.R. Javier — except obviously for the one where he appears :) which was taken by one of the waiters.

Here are two video clips courtesy of iVDO.

And here are the photos.

Go nuts over coconuts.

Now that’s pristine.

Talk about the sea’s bounty. Needless to say, it was a good lunch.

After lunch, it was time to take photos again. Here we are at the restaurant, except we moved to another table to hide the evidence of how much food we ate.

And here’s one na kunwari candid heh :) I’m pretending to describe how big something is. Sheila seems amused; Joel, confused :)

If you get tired of the beach, you could always take a dip in the pool.

The pictures are fantastic… my first discovery of Bohol was in 1988 and since then Bohol has been one of my favorite beach destinations… Alona Q and the other resorts on Panglao… the last time I was in Bohol Beach Club was something I wouldn’t forget ,we went out diving at Balikasag and alter got caught in heavy rain, the dingy was flying probably 5 feet in the air on the way back

Panglao beaches are really better than Boracay. I`ve been in Boracay two years ago, it was really full of tourists and luxed hotels., much commerciallized and nature touch are not much preserved anymore. Recentlly I was in Panglao for the second time (the first time was 12 years ago), I still love it after so many years.
O yes you can do snorklling, coral diving and dolfin watching early in the morning.

glad to hear you enjoyed your stay there. it is truly a wonderful place to have some R&R. we had our summer outing there last april, and although we had fun, some of our friends lost valuables there. the rooms they were staying in was broken into and cash and mobile phones were taken. of course we reported this to the management whose only reply was they will do an investigation. we never heard from them though :(.
