    Al Jeratso Says:

Some politicians, particularly those from Muslim Mindanao, are over reacting to the resurgence of the dreaded Ilaga armed group.

As if they are saying and dictating upon the conscience of peace-loving Filipinos, especially the majority Christians, that the existence of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Abu Sayyaf Group, should be accepted with open arms because they are legitimate groups that are fighting against the government to pave the way for them to establish an Islamic state, where they can dominate the Christians in so far as religion is concerned.

Now that Ilagas have awaken from a long hibernation because of the MILF’s stupidity, some politicians are again complaining or are against the idea of the Ilagas around to protect, not only Christians, but the lumads and peace-loving Muslims who were displaced by the on-going war between the MILF and the government forces.

All I could say is that intelligent minds sometimes play devil just because their sinister interests had been swept under the rugs.

    Abdullah Maulana Says:

I am urging both chriatian and muslim inhabintants of Mindanao to unite and work together in this trying times. Opportunitst from Luzon (Politicians, Lobregat and Pinol) is the only winner once this conflict become civil war.

For Mr. Roxas, he just wanted to be exposed in media for his ambition to be a president.

For Mr. Pinol, he just wanted to protect his 2,000 hectares palm plantation in Columbio and Tulunan.

For Lobregat, is protecting his thousands hectares coconut plantation in Balabagan, Lanao del Sur.

The action of these three opportunist individuals resulted to the untimely death of more than 100 Army (poor officer), more that 50 civilians, more than 50 MILF fighters and Millions worth of Military Equipments and civilian properties.

With this, I am appealling to my Brothers Christian and Muslim in Mindanao to help each other in Illiminating PINOL, physically so that lasting peace will be realized.

Ask Manny Pacquiao to head the Comelec. He knows the difference between premature campaigning and hitting below the belt.

    mang goding Says:

Evelyn Milo, 24, a saleslady in Abu Dhabi, came home in a box 14 days after she “jumped off” a building August 9, making her the eight Filipino worker to have “committed suicide” in the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates since January.
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

it is highly improbable that young women at 20’s full of life committing suicide.
same circumstances, same age, vibrant young filipina committing death by jumping,
it must be a foul play.
there must be a Serial Killer roaming around victimizing young filipino women.

    Harry King Says:

A commission broker allegedly tried to bribe a CA Justice in behalf of the Lopezes. We heard nothing from the senators, not even a whimper.

A GSIS trustee sought assistance from the brother of a CA justice. The senators immediately raised a big howl and demand that Malacanang explain the involvement of Mike Arroyo. Why not charge the First Gentleman for obstruction of justice?

Camilo Sabio is not directly involved in the Meralco-GSIS case so what was wrong if Jesus Santos talked to him. If Camilo Sabio called his brother after the conversation, he did it out of his own volition. And, by the way, is it wrong for a brother to remind his sibling to be fair and just in his decisions? Can we not consider this as one of the values of the Filipino culture?
