I discovered grammatical errors in my comments after sending it. Sorry because in in a hurry and the other reason is I’m trained to read and write numbers. What is important is the message conveyed.

I find GMA too reckless in formulating her decisions by appointing political flunkers, persons of un-matched experiences in variuos government sensitive positions. Why is she always giving priority to extending her gratitude to these persons politically and not as per their expertise. What we need are experts and specialists in their line of duties and not just for political considerations.
These are the reasons why GMA can not extricate herself from invoilving too many controversies. She considered politics of patronage as the sole criteria of her appointment.
Madam President, considering the fruitful time left in your Presidency, devout it to the uplifment of the welfare of the people as your legacy when your term ends in 2010.

Arroyo scraps peace process.
MOA is dead.
NBNZTE contract was voided.
PNR project was canceled.
EVAT is being repealed.
If we have people whose thinking are all negatives, then the country will go nowhere.
If we have people who oppose and oppose then we will not have peace but war.
What a waste of time and effort by our government that all went for naught.
Then they complain that the Philippines is the sick man of asia’
It is because there are lots of filipinos that are really sick, sick in their thinking, paranoid because they are always suspicious of our government.
If they don’t trust the government, then who ?
Quo Vadis Philippines?

If I were the Calatagan farmers, who are fighting to remain in their titled lands despite an order to vacate the place because it was found to be in the category of a maniralized land, I will not seek the internvention of the Office of the President.
Instead, they can seek legal remedies in the local courts and if not successful, they can always elevate the case with the Supreme Court. Seeking help from the Office of the President will not be a guarantee that their problem will be solved. Eveybody knows how the system works underground these days.

I find it unacceptable for our amateur boxers to train with Cuban coaches. Are we running out of great boxing coaches to train our amateur boxers for the Asian or Olympic Games?
Knowing how the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) is economizing on its budget to defray the costs of training our local athletes, importing foreign coaches to train our amateur boxers is impractical for the further development of boxing in this country.
If the national government can’t lend any support for our local athletes, why can’t our sports officials seek the help of the private sector if only to further hone the skills of out top athletes for future Olympic events.
