THE WAY Annabelle and Ruffa parade the marital woes [of Ruffa and Yilmaz Bektas] on national TV is appalling!
Just this Sunday afternoon on both GMA and ABS-CBN Ruffa’s marriage was again the issue with a rejoinder from estranged husband Yilmaz while mother Annabelle was spewing invectives on GMA.
I hope the mother and daughter are happy with the media attention they got but for the life of me, can’t they settle the issues quietly and move on?

People like Annabelle & Ruffa are those that are greedy for attention - mga KSP (kulang sa pansin)…. and they are not good examples - just bad influences - to society especially to the young…. Annabelle is a true blue, numero unong palengkera at iskandalosa…. and the networks who are greedy for ratings, are taking advantage of such KSPs like them to feed the people’s greed for gossip…..

I agree, this is really shameful. Annabelle and Ruffa should be ashamed of themselves. There are kids involved here. No matter what Annabelle think of Yilmas, he will always be the father of her grandchildren. She cannot take that away from him. She seems to be dictating what happens to this marriage. It is a shame. Hopefully, Ruffa will wake up and settle this with Yilmas without her mother meddling for the sake of their children.

Ohhhh, why not?…the world is a stage after all. It’s up to the audience to choose what to view. Unfortunately, for a lot of people, this kind of drama (emanating from folks we normally accept as separate from our everyday realities) offers a very accessible form of entertainment: for as long as it is hot and current, we get bombarded by the media whether we like it or not. So you don’t want to follow the story? Tune out!
But think that even in the highly evolved societies in the States and Europe can not play deaf and blind to the scandals of the rich and famous. Hello, Paris Hilton, Brangelina et al!

it’s free media mileage….the whole drama will up Ruffa’s talent fee you can bet on that….she desperately needs that - now that she is divorcing her husband - she needs all the money to maintain her lifestyle…
