Just wondering why the agrarian office has not used it yet. I read about so many regular loans from the Asian Development Bank for the agrarian projects. Why not use the confiscated Marcos wealth instead of paying interests for the loans? Or is it being reserved for the victims?
If these victims were the heroes that gave us back our democracy, why would they voucher their sacrifices and receive renumeration? If they are entitled to that, let's expect Rizal and other national heroes to get their pay also. I have no quarrel with them, just that they should not get my money from the Department of Agrarian Reform.
The law says whatever is taken from the Marcos wealth goes to DAR. They can get it from the EVAT.

Filipinos (including myself) are blind ... our government officials (past, present and future) rob us blind and we refuse to see it.
If it is Marcos wealth, why not return to him who had been our president for 20 years (meaning: the one who had served the Philippines as head of State and Government)
I don't think there were heroes who gave back our democracy. We already had democracy during Marcos time. Others can not claim that.
the quest for marcos wealth by the foreigners using the politicians used to be anti marcos is one big issue.marcos established these wealth certificates for the philippines and the filipino people and i believe it is for the welfare of the filipino people and its country.the questions here are-is it true that marcos did unlawful for his country? who is greedy marcos or the anti marcos politicians who keep on blaming marcos but want to get more shares from these wealth by wrong informtions and selfish desires!who killed ninoy aquino marcos or his enemies?was this a plot used to blame marcos?the dessiminations of these informations seems inbalance and unreal and these should require more investigations.i believe the true scenarios/ encompassing marcos wealth /its discovery and reasons why they were established as wealth certificates will be exposed and will reveal who are the devils and who are on the side of good welfare for the filipinos and the world.
sorry to say,i don,t believe that the regimes since marcos was removed from malacaniang were on the sides of the true philipine republic.i think this is a long term manipulation of our country to keep the filipinos ignorant about the real reason why there were marcos wealth,why marcos was deposed and why they keep on blaming marcos whereas these are wealth for the philippines and all filipino people-not to any other nation.now who will use the fund from swiss banks-our present gov?who is this government -philippine govt or puppet government?if phil. government then we don,t have any loans any more but if puppet government,our country will have huge deficits and loans from imf/world bank?the real flow of funds will go to puppet gov. officials?how come it will be declared for the philippinmes?if the govt officials are puppet character of one or more countries tryuing to get these funds and keep on declaring that the phil has loans from them?i think this is not about intel3ectual but being real to someone.
