AFTER spending hundreds of millions for the Joseph Estrada case and after he has been proven guilty of plunder, he is going to walk a free man again soon.
As a political scientist and a student of law, I say our justice system is the worst in the world if he is to become a free man despite the seriousness of the crimes committed by that old man.
Our sentiments for him do not matter. Yes, he deserves pity somehow. However, he does not deserve to be a free man at all.
Justice shall be served. Justice shall prevail.

True enough, reason why a lot of Filipinos migrated abroad is partly being done by politicians like this guy. People who have suffered at his time should show no respect at all, as this person should not be given title of former president but ex convict.

Have you ever wonder why these judges convict Erap? And after they convict him for plunder Gloria Arroyo, Pardon him. If you have any brain you should know that the only reason Gloria Arroyo, Pardon him because she know that Erap is not guilty of any wrong doing. And she also know that they’re the one should be in jail, And not Erap! Use your brain if you have any.

Yeah, The court convict him for plunder. But its juenting money. Yon juenting money ba ay government money, Hindi. And the only reason these corrupt judges convict him because that is the only way they can protect Gloria Arroyo, From her stolen power.

I cant believe this is happening.. i feel like someone just slapped me in the face.. after everything’s been said and done, and how everyone talked about how bad it would make the country and its leaders look, Erap walked free!!!!!!
The moral of the story is.. if you’re going to steal, steal billions cause if you steal a small amount, you’ll end up in jail together with all the poor theives who steal to buy a piece of bread.. but if you steal billions, you can walk away a free man.
So how do i feel now that Erap is walking free? i feel like there really is no hope now for this country and that justice is just another word in the dictionary.

Pardon for Estrada? Naglolokohan na tayo nyan. We will be the laughing stock of the world and this country will always have a corrupt leader.
Ganun lang pala e… Mangurakot ka, kahit kasuhan ka, patatawarin ka naman at makukuha mo naman ulit yung kinurakot mo…. Ang galing no! Ang talino ng Pinoy!
Ganito na lang ba? Nagmumukha na tayong tanga! Bat wala tayong ginagawa? Asan na yung mga taong mareklamo dati at nagpoprotesta? Mga organisasyon mahilig sa protesta?
Regarding dito kay Erap, tahimik naman sila. Walang silbi. Sariling interest lang. Di na dapat pagkatiwalaan yang mga grupong yan.
Sayang, mga lider pa naman sila nakaupo sa Senado at sa kamara…. Pero walang silbi… Mag-iingay lang para sa sariling interest! Mga hayup!
Hindi dapat i-pardon si Erap. Ikulong at sana mabulok sa bilangguan… Ginagamit lang ang mother nya para makalabas. Kunwari, pero yun pala meeting lang with opposition yung totoo.
