AFTER spending hundreds of millions for the Joseph Estrada case and after he has been proven guilty of plunder, he is going to walk a free man again soon.
As a political scientist and a student of law, I say our justice system is the worst in the world if he is to become a free man despite the seriousness of the crimes committed by that old man.
Our sentiments for him do not matter. Yes, he deserves pity somehow. However, he does not deserve to be a free man at all.
Justice shall be served. Justice shall prevail.

Binilang ko ang against sa pardon, overwhelming.
Hoy, binura ninyo kasi yung mga nauna rito. You have fears and you have favors.
That is exactly the opposite of the only true and CONSISTENT opposition paper in the country today. Mag research kayo kung alin yun!!!

To all Anti-Erap here in this forum.
CONSISTENCY the lack of is the real problem here.
As a democracy, IF YOU LIKE IT, and I suppose you do like it because after Marcos’ years…, then you and I both know that whoever wins any presidential election, as long as he/she is qualified, you or rather we should have no problem with that, yes?
Ok. Now Erap won. By the biggest margin in the history of our country. Now that should not worry you because DEMOCRACY nga.
[Problem: inconsistent kayo sa umpisa pa lang kasi hindi kayo natuwa kay ERAP kasi sa tingin nyo College drop out lang siya, hindi marunong mag ingles, bob? etc]
So, you and the anti-ERAP people feel he is not Good being as it were a babaero, a sugarol, a magnanakaw. So? What to do to TANGGAL HIM?
[Problem: See, inconsistent na naman kayo kasi halos lahat ng politiko ay pareho lang sa kanya, at least nga inaamin niya na may mga babae siya, e yung ibang politiko?]
How to remove ERAP?
RIGHT! By impeachment. But, what happened? You did not want it to PATULOY. Thus, you walked out, defied the rules of court and launched a military backed EDSA 2 Moro moro and invent an evidence called constructive resignation to force him out of the palace.
[Problem: Totally inconsistent na naman kayo because that is not how democracy works!!! Who says coup det'at are democratic processes must be living in limbo. Don't you know that without military back up through the coup you would not have won and succeeded in getting ERAP to cross Pasig from Malacanang? The EDSA 3 people were as if not more, numerous as you but since there was no military back up, it did not succeed. Is that so complicated to understand?]
NOW, PARDON. That is a prerogative of the Pres. (even in acting capacity) and is constitutionally correct. You hate it, you want it reversed.
[Problem: Again you are inconsistent because you are going against the current democratic process which we copied from US> Remember R. Nixon and the WaterGate Scandal? He was convicted and pardoned in less than a weeks time!]
Now, I ask you. What do you like? This is still a democratic country I assume. If you want to impose your brand of democracy inconsistent as always then you will invite the people’s wrath. You will get violence and the further breakdown of rule and order as what is now happening today: Judges, lawyers and witnesses killed in any place in broad daylight, Press people getting jailed for doing their work, carnappers acting anywhere with impunity, rapes, drugs everywhere. You want to be violent, well we have that too. If you want that the people will give you that, perhaps even more than you ask for.
Just Be consistent and we will have no problems. You’ll be eliminated too.
In conclusion, I believe since you were not consistent, the problems you see today are actually your own doing.
Inom ka ng inom kasi ng nakakalasing tapos nagtataka ka pa bakit ka nalasing.
Kabron.
Be serious. Be consistent!!!

Truly a sad day for Filipinos who have suffered a lot because of this guy, prisoners who have commited crimes because of extreme poverty are left to suffer more and put in the guttter, while people who currupted money and make themselves rich at peoples expense are let to breath fresh air and be given a new lease of life. Ohhh, life is not fair afterall, rich gets richer, poor gets poorer. what more can we expect for a normal Pinoy. Justice hasnt been served, but through the eyes of Filipinos working hard to absolve their families to the rigidness of life he is a convicted criminal.
