THIS is a lame excuse.
First, the LPP (League of Provinces of the Philippines) does not have a resolution granting P500, 000 each to Pampanga and Bulacan governors. Second, LPP is hard up on funds. How can it prioritize giving to Pampanga and Bulacan, both rich provinces. This is stupidity. Third, how could you give away P500, 000 of the people’s money without receipts? This is irresponsible.
The LPP [members] say they were able to meet only yesterday since their national president just came back from abroad. How could the LPP have distributed the money two weeks ago without their president, which according to their constitution, is the final approving authority for the release of any fund?
Governor Panlilio immediately reported the issue to the media after receiving the money. Was the LPP president already out of the country?
I think this matter really should be pursued until the truth comes out. The people are tired of all the lies.

That money, mispent by THE LIGA NG MGA LALAWIGAN NG PILIPINAS….ay mga nakaw sa kaban ng Bayan. The people, if not the kurakot government of Gloria, should trace its source…so whoever made that decision and took the money ang gave it away to silence critique or to gain favor from the members of the congress should be convicted… regardless how this bogus government turned out to be passed 2010.

Gloria is giving away taxpayer’s money ala Santa Claus to ensure her survival. She buys everybody not with her money but ours.
My tax paying sons will probably retire but none will have P500,000 as savings, never! We are under a curse from God, hence these leaders.

Do we need to know everything what is happening and make a unnecessary comments?
Some call it bribery, but bribery for what? We know for a fact bad faith is the element to be called such. Bad faith or favor but favor for what?
Remember too that governors, mayors down to baranggay are under the DILG which is the alter ego of the president.
So, Malacanang assistance to this local government unit at their own disposal(local head) are but natural.
Remember too, that Father Ed the receiver/whistle blower of 500hundred thousand pesos is only 3 months in office and it is too early to judge him as the honest man.
It will be a long,long way to go and many more years for Father Ed to test his and his people’s honesty and integrity in running the affairs of his province and one act alone is not enough to make him a hero.

If you don’t want to know all the corruption that has been going on then you people should just have parliementary government. Just like what Gloria Arroyo, Cronies want. With this type of government nobody has to know anything because they all can swipe it under the rug. Just like what they’re doing everything else. The only reason all the corruption under the bugos regime of Gloria Arroyo, coming out its because there is a congress, See to it for transparety. But even that is not working because Gloria Arroyo, Cronies are covering everything up so that the filipino people will not know the truth. So, Either way nothing good well happen to all this.
