A SUPPOSEDLY good corporate citizen like Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) was unlikely to do anything that would be a great disservice
to the country. But ALI showed what is under its hood by paying its own so-called experts to contradict the findings of the PNP and volunteer experts from the Australian Federal Police and Israel.
ALI should have picked the proper time and forum to bring its experts out from the closet. As it was, ALI frittered away the fine corporate image it nurtured over many years. It took a foreign dignitary, US Ambassador
Kristie Kenney, to remind everybody, including ALI, that those saying otherwise should realize what a terror attack in Metro Manila would
mean to the country as a whole.
ALI must rethink its hidden suggestion that terrorists or political agitators were behind the Glorietta 2 explosion. The ploy — obviously an advance defense for possible charges of gross negligence resulting in deaths and injuries to persons — is a public relations disaster.

well as you all know, gov. funds to counter terrorism are all dried up, especially the ones that they are recieving from the u.s., which means our crafty arroyo administration has to come-up ways to keep the cash flowing, and this is just one them.
i just feel sorry for all the filipino children who are too young and not capable to stand out and let their voices of protest be heard in contempt with this administration for what a country they would all grow up to, since the majority of the population would rather sit and watch things unfolds before their eyes, and curse themselves that they didnt do anything to stop the perpetrators (gov.)
people! when are you all gonna stop being oppressed, stand up and fight for your rights! clearly this goverment demonstrated that it will do anything to stay in power and corrupt your lives.
please bear in mind that “government schemes are designed to kill your dreams”

RE- Bomb / Explosion @ the Glorietta mall
This is a continuation of what I had been written the other day regarding my comment about the findings of American and Australian volunteer who claim them selves as bomb expert. As I was saying in my previous comment there is no such word expert in the bomb. I rather believed this scientist who made a comment regarding the explosion at the glorietta mall since he studied and can even make his own formula on how metain gas explode rather than believing this agency (American & Australian) who help prove about that incident who just studied for a months in EOD or any equivalent to the said course.
I can recall how this guys who call themselves as bomb expert trembling when they try to defuse my IED’s (Improvised Explosive Device) during our refresher course. The only things that I am impressing to our foreign Instructors are there high technology equipment in recovering a bomb. Such as the portable bomb x-ray machine, bomb carrier, bomb blanket and the robotic which cause about 20 million dollars according to them? But when it comes to skills talo sila ng mga pinoy. The bomb will defend upon the mind of the bomber itself. Because one of the important purpose of the bomber is to kill the bomb technician. So when there is explosion the bomber was there to make it sure that he’s bomb was exploding. Remember that a bomber always put a decoy to confuse the bomb technician or the investigator.
Regarding the explanation of Gen. Barrias, it seems he himself don’t know what he explain about the situation. As I said only an authorized EOD can explain in details about bomb explosion. Naturally the post blast investigation is useless if the bomb that was exploding is a plastic bomb or C-4. How can a post blast investigation prosper if the whole area was flooded with water? What fragments of bomb they can recover if the cause of incident is due to C-4 explosion? The impact of the explosion which cover the four corners of the radius or maximum explosion tells us what kind of bomb was exploding. Why not those victims weren’t subject for autopsy? I suggest that conduct immediate autopsy to those victims of glorietta mall incident and find out the cause of death this will help to further investigate that a bomb or accidental explosion was happened. If all their internal organs was damage or there were blood coming out from the nose, ear or mouth during the said victim was recovered then a high explosive device was explode. If not then may be they died due to stampede. Because the most powerful bomb in this earth when people panic. Also try to measure the distance of the said body of the victim were they recovered. If they found with in the 10-15 meters radius of the explosion then this guys death due to shock wave or shock front. I wonder why the authorities didn’t examine the victim’s body & try to find out the cause of death. If you‘re a snappy investigator as an SOP to this kind of incident you should subject the victim to autopsy. Why Gen. Barias sir, you kept investigating the waste materials when you can get or struck more information of the body of the victim? It seems you’re keeping the waste of the government you working with. Why not let us gave chance to Sen. Trillanes to say something about the information he was received from our patriotic soldiers? Why not let him present the evidence at the senate or even at the court?
What made me comment that the government is trying to hide something to his people it’s because an hour after the explosion of the bomb sec.gonzales has made an statement that our country under attack of terrorism because somebody was texting him or the converted Muslim group informed him through text that they are responsible for the explosion. Since the people didn’t mind about there statement they shape to another theory which is accidental explosion. Truly that in every plan there was always a plan B. When the bomb was explode at the glorietta a day after, we the X- cavaliers contact its other and talk and even consolidate facts and evidence before we made our own comment of the said incident. We then conclude that the present problem that beset of the arroyo administration is the reason of doing what we called doing a sacrificial lamp. This is not new to us because we had troops in the field that was sacrifice during our operation because of personal interest of our higher ups.
Let me explain about the scenario that might the arroyo allies trying to portrait and made it show that their was a terrorist attack in order that mrs arroyo will declare a state of emergency through the help of her allies to cover up the issue. If ended the people response about there scenario then they can do anything to put our country under marshal law. A million thanks to our present and previous chief of justice who always opposed of the mandate of the malacañang who are trying to manipulate our justices for their own glory. If we recall the entire memorandum that was issued by the latter was not prosper. It was always turn down by the Supreme Court. I salute to these two justices, Justice Artemio Panganiban & Justice Puno. If ended the judiciary system was politically manipulated then God save our country.
I will end with these remarks and let all our countrymen analyze this… “We celebrate every June 12th of the year right? Now my question is this, are we really free or we just passing to another oppressor”.

What now? No official result yet after one month since the Glorietta explosion?
Is it true that RDX (Royale Demolition eXplosive) is used as propellant in aerosol products such as hairspray?
All articles about RDX that were searched on the internet just talk about explosives.
All articles concerning aerosol propellants do not mention RDX as one type of aerosol propellant.
Experts about RDX and/or aerosol propellants please help explain.

It needed foreign dignitaries to explain what a terror attack in Manila would mean….?
That is probably the real reason why immediatel there was no more RDX (C-4) found, very contrary to the first finding of military and PNP, which has been used to justify threats of high alert and deployment of more military and police, blaming NPA and Abu’s, the Anti Terror law and so forth. At this time, the proof of a terror attack was high but when told what it could mean in general, nothing anymore.
If there are no lies at the new “findings” and no cover-up, then the involved laboratory “experts” should be fired.

What “proper time”? It has been the PNP which reported the finding of RDX which is part of the military C4 explosive. They even said they are now checking if it is the military or the mining type of C4.
The moment it started to become critical for the military, there was no more RDX. Has now been the PNP laboratory that thumb and unable to find RDX where is none?? It is very clear that PNP and military know best about something which is used only by them.
Why at that time ALI should have hired additional experts? This time came when there was no given explanation why the first results of the investigation have been turned down by those who reported the results, without explanation how RDX could be found if there is none.
That the foreign investigators did not find it anymore is easy to understand, they had to check what local investigators had thrown and turned already-
As explained already, Methane out of waste wiull not be created so fast, the more as permanently fresh waste and water is added. And LPG acts more like a liqid, being heavier than air and therefore can not easycreate a mixture which is explosive, otherwise it would ratrher burn than explode. In addition, it is hard to believe that none of the tenants that use the tanks has been inspecting or changing the tanks for a longer time. If a closed room is filled with LPG, it has not oxygen enough for to explode, If the room is not complete closed, LPG will flow outlike water to the whole underground area and an explosion would not have been so concentrated at one area.
That has to be cleared, since the official investigation just sticks on gas, contrary to its own first findings.

Yes, Armando, I’m sure you agree with the US expert’s opinion, as articulated by the US ambassador, that the Glorietta blast was caused by an accident because it will be bad for the Philippines if caused by a terrorist’s bomb. Since a terrorist bomb is bad for the country, and no witness testified of the presence of stench (methane from biogas smells of rotten eggs) before the blast, I’m sure an odorless foul odor was the cause of the blast.

Mr. Batara,
Your so called PNP findings that were corroborated by foreign experts has not even released its report to be given to everyone and yet the government’s media blitz has them parading on broadsheets TV even tabloid’s that the cause of the blast was accidental insinuating negligence and presenting visuals on equipment that was not even in use during that time when the blast occured.
It is but natural that Ayala gets a second opinion given the image of PNP. An image that is bereft of credibility given the its penchant for planting evidence and rigging investigations. Just look at history and anyone can see that there is a whole lot more credibility in Ayala’s statements compared to the PNP’s obvious attempt to please Malacanang.
No one has even reached the basement area up to this point where the blast was supposed to have originated, so how can the PNP release sound bites to the press at the expense of Ayala’s corporate image.
All they are doing is conditioning the minds of the public. Ayala has the right to present its findings to the press providing reports that were given to everyone even the PNP. Unlike the PNP who just waved around theire so called findings in a press conference. They did not even give a report yet and people like you are already rendering judgement.
It is sad that even Ayala doesn’t have complete access to the site. As the PNP has cordoned it off beyond the reach of Ayala’s independent experts. For all we know the police has already planted evidence to support their claims. What is the police hiding?
So Mr. Batara you are sadly mistaken to think that Ayala is only after its image. It is after the truth. Nothing else.
It is also worth noting that this Australian, American and Israeli experts have stated anything to the press and have not been able to enter the basement area to verify the source of the explosion. They were just outside doing their tests. Up to now the basement is impassable. All you have is the PNP saying that they corroborated the findings of a report that has not even been released! That gas theory is nothing more than gas. The PNP is acting typically like itself. All hot air and no substance whatsover.

it’s a pathetic sight with rambotito binay joining the fray. don’t they realize what will it give to the country?
nagmumukha tuloy ang ALI na sila mismo ang nagko-cover up sa mali nila na hindi pa naman napapatunayan… binay’s actions supporting ALI’s statements smells of politicking again.
binay’s actions speaks of defense mechanism. he doesn’t want to be blamed of negligence on his part. napapabayaan na kasi ang ibang duty niya sa sobrang pamumulitika… pweH!
I detest gloria and his ilks to the bone, but with too much politicking around, napapabayaan na ang mga pobreng mamamayan.

The bomb exposion at G2 should served as a warning to all the danger in our society nowadays. Why all the lies !!! Experts should immediately know the reason of the explosion by just one glance.People are not crazy to believed its a gas explosion alone. We are not idiots.Filipinos should wake up and end this culture of lies and deceptions.

What is the real wrong? That ALI hired paid experts? Where you get experts for free?
It is the most wrong that PNP cannot explain why they found RDX and even daid they are checking whether it is military or mining type, and now when it backfired at the military and the administration, there has “never been any RDX” found.
In addition, LPGdoes not blow that powerful out of a closed room, there is not oxygen enough and this kind of gas is heavier than air, also not so easy mixing with air than other gases which go up but the would have smelled in the whole ALI. Look at mine explosions, that is Methan as argued coming from waste. Never it blows up the whole mine and even miners can survive, their big problem is whether or not the explosion has used all the oxygen for breathing, not the explosion itself as long as they are not hit by the flame.
Whatever happened at ALI, PNP has to explain their 180 degree turning, why they traced RDX but later claim they never found. If there has been a trigger bomb that damaged the tanks, then traces of RDX and of LPG exists. A smaller bomb was not hard to bring in, just use a tank as camouflage, nobody will check LPG tanks.
By the way, PNP laboratory should have given to the foreign experts withelectronic devices the same samples where they traced RDX, not let them look for samples at the incident site where anything was thrown and turned around already.
