SHAME on you media, especially ABS-CBN!
You think you’re above the law? You are as arrogant as Trillanes & Co. You should show more respect for the authorities who are only there to protect the people (including you) and uphold the law. It is always a lose-lose situation when the police face the egoistic media.
If all hell broke loose during the Manila Pen standoff and some media men lost their lives, the police will be blamed, but then if the police try to [perform] their duties, the media cries harassment.

Walang kwenta!
Wala palang kwentang makipag-deal sa gobyernong Arroyo.
Ito ang inilutang na impresyon ng pahayag kamakalawa ni Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff Gen. Hermogenes Esperon na nagsasabing ‘not binding’ ang pakikipagkasundo ng pamahalaan at mga mutineers noon sa Oakwood Premier Hotel noong Hulyo 2003.
Ang katwiran kasi ni Esperon ay napuwersa lamang noon ang gobyerno sa sitwasyon at kinailangang pumayag sa anumang ilatag na kondisyon ng mga mutineers para lamang mapasuko ang mga ito at matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lugar na noo’y pinalibutan ng mga bomba.
Sabihin na nating tensyunado ang sitwasyon at talaga namang masasabing ‘hostage’ ng matinding banta noon ang pamahalaan, pero hindi sapat na katwiran ito para balewalain ang “gentleman’s agreement” na nabuo sa nangyaring negosasyon.
Sundalo pa naman at isang heneral si Esperon pero tila hindi ito marunong kumilala sa isang “gentleman’s agreement”. Sa isang lalaki - sa pagkakaalam namin - ang “gentleman’s agreement” ay higit pang matibay kaysa anumang papel o legal na kasunduan.
Ang salita ng isang maginoo ay pader na paninindigan anuman ang mangyari. Ngunit iba pala ang “gentleman’s agreement” para kay Gen. Esperon. Pwede pala itong mabali, talikuran at balewalain para sa kanya.
Malakas ang loob ni Esperon. Palibhasa’y hindi siya mismo ang kausap noon ng grupo nina Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV. Katwiran n’ya siguro, hindi niya salita ang masisira kundi salita ng mga taong kaharap noon at nagbigay ng ‘word of honor’ sa mga mutineers.
Pero paikut-ikutin man ng heneral ang kanyang katwiran, ‘salita’ pa rin ng gobyerno ang masisira kung hindi nila kikilalanin at paninindigan ang Oakwood pact.
Sinisira ni Esperon ang usapan sa pagitan ng maginoong mga sundalo. Kung papayagan ito, marami pang mga kasunduan na maaaring sirain at ibasura ang heneral na ito sa hinaharap. At hindi siya dapat manaig sa masamang asal na ito.
Wala itong pinag-iba sa naging posisyon kahapon ni Sen. Gregorio ‘Gringo’ Honasan na tila gumigitna sa isyu ng panggigipit ng pulisya sa media. Bakit biglang naiba ang ihip ng hangin? Nakalimutan ba ni Sen. Honasan na sa unang pag-aalsa ng militar sa EDSA (kasama siya noon nina noo’y Defense Sec. Juan Ponce Enrile at PC chief Gen. Fidel Ramos) ay ang media ang tangi nilang naging sandalan?
Sa pamamagitan ng magdamagang pagngawa sa radyo (Radio Veritas) ay nakarating sa taumbayan ang kanilang mensahe dahilan para dumagsa roon at matipon ang libu-libong tao at siyang naging kalasag nila laban sa mga tangke ni noo’y Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos.
Nasa’n na ngayon ang dugong sundalo at salitang maginoo nina Esperon at Honasan? Pareho lang silang nababali at bumabaligtad depende sa tinatayuang kapanalig.

Why should you leave this blog just because some people criticized other people just because they can’t write english very well. I don’t think thats relivant, You have the right just like other’s to post in this blog just like everybody else for as long as the owner of this blog is not going to filter/block your screen name. In fact most of my posting has been deleted but its okay. Atleast I got my frustration out. And thats the most infortant. I can careless if people going to criticized my englis for as long as I know what I can do, And can’t do. If the can’t understand what I write the should never read my posting. As simple as that.
