I AM glad that [Romeo] Jalosjos lost his petition in a Zambo court!
It is also good to know that the DOJ ordered his immediate return to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). How I wish the judge added more time to Jalosjos’ sentence for escaping the NBP. If it was an option for the judge to do so, how I wish that he had exercised that option! By doing so, the judge would have corrected the wrong of this administration’s abuse of its authority to pardon/commute sentences handed down by the judiciary. Heinous criminals should not be lightly pardoned or granted commuted sentences! Pardon or commutation of sentences of a heinous criminal should be the very last option, if ever considered at all!
This is one of the most effective ways of teaching people to value the life of others, especially of the young. If you commit heinous crimes, you will suffer the full consequences of your crimes.

The guilt of Jalosjos is nothing compared to the guilt of Erap Estrada. Worse than what Jalosjos did, Erap screwed the whole nation, got convicted for it but never spent a day in prison, and is now a free man enjoying the vast wealth left in the Jose Velarde account besides giving nightmares to this administration to defeat it in 2010.

You can’t blame her if she kick the duly elected President Joseph Estrada, After all there is plenty of money to be made while squatting in Malacanyang Palace. You can’t blame her for lying either. JALOSJOS IS A CONVICTED CHILD RAPIST. YES, HE HAS BEEN IN “JAIL” BUT HE HAS BEEN LIVING IN LUXURY WHILE HE WAS “INCARCERATED”. HE HAS BEEN FREE TO GO ANYWHERE HE LIKES, WITH HIS BODYGUARDS, WHILE HE WAS IN “JAIL”.
There are thousands of Filipinos languishing in jails in the Philippines for years and years because of commiting much lesser crimes and will surely be in jail much longer - because they are POOR. What gives?
As we all know, Raul Gonzales is currently testing the waters and is trying to gauge public opinion, before he finally releases MANERO - A CONVICTED PRIEST KILLER. Does Raul Gonzales really think that Filipinos are stupid? Does he think that he will be in power for as long as he lives?
