A FORMER congressman, a bar topnotcher and a public official, Secretary Sergio Apostol was one of the prominent politicians respected during his term as a congressman, championing the cause even of OFWs when he was one of the first congressmen to use their CDF to finance OFWs
overseas.
But as a Filipino with Chinese origin (from the Lim family clan), I find it hard to believe the good man Apostol as I used to see him become tactless in his words against Lozada, being emotionally driven as to spark the ire of the Chinese community. I can only imagine how much of a bad influence the Palace could give good politicians like Apostol. I have not met him personally, but I only heard good things about him in the past. Now this, such an outrage.
Regardless of who they are, or their origin, Palace should amply react to such an outrage, quickly salvaging its image by getting rid of such people who would tactlessly make such remarks against cultural or religious minorities in the country. Malacañang is looked upon as the epitome of public administration, regardless of how its image is being questioned these days, and should do its best to protect or maintain its integrity, for whatever is left of it.

I’ve searched high and low for an appropriate adjective or a phrase for Apostol and the most best I can come up with is “IDIOT”, actually he acts and talks like the “VILLAGE IDIOT”…nuff said..

Let us not judge the Senate-Malacanang Circus right now subjectively. Remember this fiasco is being exploited by the Erap -Opposition forces to create havoc in our country. Some of us who are of Chinese origin are slighted with the innuendos of Sec. Apostol but looking at the situation as a whole–these are all being blown out of proportions by Erap and the Opposition to destroy whatever Peace and hard-earned business high we are having now. To the Opposition–PLEASE STOP CREATING CHAOS TO SATISFY YOUR HIDDEN AGENDA..We, the silent majority need to work, we need to attend to our daily living for the sake of the survival of our kids and family…WAIT FOR 2010!!!

Its hard to believe this idiot say something like that. Is he really a lawyer? If so! I’m not surprise for saying something like that because he is Gloria Arroyo, Attack dog! Mga walang mudo. They did the same thing to Fernando Poe, Jr.
Mr. Lozada, a filipino born its means he is a filipino, No matter how you look at it. Anybody who’s born in the Philippines is natural born filipino regardless where their parent’s come from. These idiot’s in Malacanyang Palace don’t know what the hell They’re talking about.
They’re not the type of Government servant the filipino people need. We need somebody who has respect to any human in been. And follow the rule of law; Not mobsterer’s law. Like they’re doing right now. Its time to get rid all of them. Its over due!

Sergio apostol remarks only shows he doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. Just put a muzzle on his stinky mouth.

I cannot agree with you more but what can you expect of an administration that tolerates officials like Raul Gonzales and Apostol who almost always seem to shoot their mouths off.
