sabah never belong to the sultanate of brunei at the first place. .
so the so-called claim by certain quarters is irrelevant . .
ask original people of sabah if they want to be part of philippines. .
the only answer that will get is ”NO”.

pedro, if ever you are Filipino, you are being so unpatriotic (read as: traitor, balimbing, walang kwentang mamamayan) with what you are saying.
Yes, we might be less technologically or economically advanced than Malaysia, but that shouldn’t stop us from pursuing what is rightfully ours.
Regarding your post,
“There is no historical and legal evidence that Sabah belongs to the Philippines. ”
Please try to see the archives in Spain and England. The deal between the Sultan of Sulu and the Englishman who leased it from him were properly documented there.
Your ignorance is so infuriating.

To pedro,
please fix your english first or just migrate to Malaysia.
Malaysia’s per capita income increased because of Sabah’s oil. Sabah and Sarawak was incorporated into Malaya because it is the British gov’ts interest to have their former colonies as one country.
Yes, you are saying that we are dreaming. Why can’t you just be patriotic? If all Filipinos will be like you, the country would really have no hope. So unfortunate. You don’t know the struggles of Filipinos in Borneo and Malaysia in general. If you don’t have anything nice to say about the country, please shut up. We don’t need more people like you.

Let’s stop Malaysia from bullying us. For all of you who don’t know how Malaysians treat the Filipinos they hire as maids, waiters, and waitresses, it’s really sad. Malaysia is nothing without Sabah. We should all unite. Stop using Malaysia as mediator between the Muslim Rebels. They have their own vested interests. We are more intelligent than their population. Let’s regain our confidence and pride.

sabah is really ours. historically and legally!
break diplomatic ties with malaysia if necessary.
let’s educate our fellow filipinos regarding this issue. let’s instill patriotism to them!
