NAPAKAARTE talaga nating mga Pinoy.
Is it not already a given that these three co-equal bodies of the government should be working together for the good of the people?

I know from newspapers that Villaraza used to be the lawyer of the president. BUT, how is he a public figure? I hear his name but never sees his face in print or on tv.

What has the Phil. to show for it??Tangapin nyo ang inyong BAHO,at HANAPAN ng SOLUSYON ang problema.Pero syempre, kung mga MABABABANG klase nga-with their INFERIOR perception-what dou EXPECT?

No, that is not given. Of course, all should work for the good of the people (that elected them) but what is good for the people?
If one body, or members of it, does, plans or tr to implement somethin which another body sees as something wrong, selfserving orsraioght criminal, should this body just remain quiet and “work together”?
That is the problem now between Malacanag, Supreme Court and the Senate, partly the Congress, too.
The hectic pushing for changing to an un icameral governmentfuels the fear that this mainly should remove the Senate so that there is no more watchdog with independent powers. In an unicameral system, the ruling party can block and overrule any iunvestigation by opposition members, contrary to now where still the Senate can investigate. Where are unicameral systems? Just look to all that are called dictatorial governments, there one party rules all, no matter it is political, military or religious. Practically all really democratic governments have some kind of two chambers, Congress and Senate, Upper and Lower House etc. And only there it is possible that leaders or high officials can be removed without to stage a revolution. RP does not belong to these democracies yet or not anymore. A government which just blocks any and all investigations by Executive Orders is not democratic, since democracy means rule of the people, not by a total militarized government that has the priority to protect themselves and their stay in power.

Most Americans telephone while driving. Oh, really??? Who cares!!! Do the people on Smokey Mountain telephone while they are picking through garbage? How about our Asian neighbors? Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan in particular. I bet they telephone while driving also. But the point is, how did they get to be so successful as to have cars and cell phones? Are you the least bit curious as to how they suceeded? If only getting in front of a camera or behind a mic would make Filipinos prosperous. It doesn’t. It takes hard work and values that are lacking in the Philippines.
