IN the spirit of fairness, Vox Populi is publishing the six-page manifestation of Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri during the Senate proceedings on the fertilizer scam.
Zubiri inhibited himself from the proceedings to ensure a fair investigation. He denied allegations that he benefited from the fund and said news about it were “blatant lie.”
Zubiri stressed that he was also no “grateful stooge” of the Palace and denounced the Philippine Daily Inquirer for its two editorial pieces which came out on Nov. 2 and 12.

It is a blatant lie to say that Juan Miguel Zubiri did not cheat in the last election. It is also a big lie to say that GMA and Malacanang have nothing to do with it. Malinaw naman na nagkadayaan sa Lanao at si Zubiri and nakinabang.
Zubiri inhibit himself because he is washing his hands on the fertilizer scam. He did not want to participate in an investigation that will put the GMA administration down. Or else siya yung magiging taga-depensa ni Bolante sa senado. Palusot lang yung inhibit ni Zubiri ! I wonder if Zubiri can still have peaceful sleep knowing that he steal his position from Koko Pimentel just like his Boss in Malacanang who stole the presidency……

Manifestation of Zubiri on fertilizer…
What is the point of printing Zubiri’s manifestation.
Whoever is the proponent of this manifest is a pest.
No Big Deal.
