The problem with our senators (and congressmen): When they start investigating graft and corruption, they are not after the truth. They just want to show off.

My understanding was: When Mr. Bolante gave his testimony before the Senate, he was under oath. If these senators who were questioning him thought he was lying, why not charge him of perjury, instead of ridiculing him, calling him names and making fun of him.

This is just another “palabas” of those who intend run in 2010. Another political garbage.

Do you want the Filipino people to believe that you are sincere in finding the truth? In getting rid of graft and corruption in your “kingdom”?

The above statement of Bolante indicates that he is afraid to tell the truth. Therefore, it is a waste of time and money of the people to proceed with the investigation. We know that he will lie to protect his ass. You do not have to be a legal luminary to figure this out. These Senate and Congressional investigations are just part of the Moro-Moro and grandstanding. Let’s stop this foolishness-NOW.

With all the already proven vote padding and chearing, concerning Zubiri’s election, there is little doubt that not so legal funding has been taking place. The problem is that even a falsely declared official will still stay until next election and then the case is dismissed because it is not actual anymore. A nice way to cover up cheating. If really Zubiri is innocent, he does not need to inhibit himself, much better to support the cheating probe instead of stalling,

It is a blatant lie to say that Juan Miguel Zubiri did not cheat in the last election. It is also a big lie to say that GMA and Malacanang have nothing to do with it. Malinaw naman na nagkadayaan sa Lanao at si Zubiri and nakinabang.

Zubiri inhibit himself because he is washing his hands on the fertilizer scam. He did not want to participate in an investigation that will put the GMA administration down. Or else siya yung magiging taga-depensa ni Bolante sa senado. Palusot lang yung inhibit ni Zubiri ! I wonder if Zubiri can still have peaceful sleep knowing that he steal his position from Koko Pimentel just like his Boss in Malacanang who stole the presidency……
